New property comprising of a kitchen open to a living room (43 m2), 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (12.80 / 12.50 and 10.50 m2), a winter garden with spa, two bathrooms, two toilets, a 9x4 indoor swimming pool and mini beach for babies (steps to descend into the pool, one of which is for babies). The swimming pool is not heated from 15/11 to 01/03.
Pellet stove for warmth and a nice outbreak.
Large wooden terrace overlooking a garden. Very nice sea view. Facing south / west.
Quiet, close to beaches, surf club, sand yachting and restaurants.
Come visit Finistère while enjoying the comfort, the high-end spa, the winter garden and the indoor pool heated to 28 ° (heated all year except from 15/11 to 01/03).
Ideal starting point to discover the bay of Douarnenez, Locronan, the Ménez Hom, the Pointe de Crozon, Quimper, the Monts d'Arrée etc .....

In reality it was even nicer than the listing, The pool was bigger and a good temperature. Lots of equipment and seating for 6 inside or outside. An easy walk to a lovely beach. Spacious bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi and entertainment equipment all functional. The owner was very friendly and helpfully proactive via Vrbo app. Perfect for the three generations of us.

Ein wunderbares Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus. Danke an den sehr netten Gastgeber, der uns auch mit tollen Ausflugstipps in die Umgebung versorgt hat. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich, so dass wir uns sofort wie daheim gefühlt haben. Küche mit sehr viel Ausstattung, ebenfalls super. Der Blick zum Meer hat uns jeden Tag Freude gemacht. Und Pool und Whirlpool wurden von uns und den Kindern häufig genutzt, v. a. bei kälterem Wetter. Der Weg zum tollen Bade-Surfstrand ist kurz, kann man sehr gut zu Fuß machen. Ein perfektes Ferienhaus.

Toller Urlaub mit Meerblick

Wie wurden von Anne und Olivier direkt am Haus begrüßt und mit allem vertraut gemacht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, unsere Kinder haben den überdachten Pool geliebt. Beste Lage und idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in der Bretagne

Die Lage des Hauses mit einem Blick aufs Meer ist hervorragend und gibt einem ein Urlaubsgefühl auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Der gut geheizte Pool und der Whirlpool sind ideal zum Entspannen noch einem größeren Ausflug, gleichgültig bei welchem Wetter. Die Ausstattung in Küche und Wohnzimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Danke an Anne und Olivier für die Überlassung ihres Hauses..

La maison idéale

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui vous accorde toute confiance. La maison est idéalement située : vue sur la mer sur 360 degrés. Maison très confortable, lits faits à l arrivée, mise à disposition du linge de maison. Literie de bonne qualité. Et le top la piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sous le patio. Beaucoup d équipements à disposition (,jeux de société, relax, dvd...). En bref cette location a largement contribué pour que notre séjour se passe merveilleusement bien. Je la recommande a tout point de vue.

Sehr schöner Bungalow mit toller Ausstattung in top Lage

Das Ferienhaus / Bungalow ist voll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen überdachten Pool, der auch bei fehlender Sonne das Baden erlaubt. Der vorhandene Whirlpool ist ebenfalls sehr gut für schlechteres Wetter. Die Lage in der nähe des Strandes und mit Meerblick ist fantastisch. Die Nachbarn sehr nett und freundlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.

La grande classe

Des hôtes très sympas et à l'écoute, une maison vraiment bien équipée (avec des équipements de qualité ), Une vue agréable et dégagée depuis une terrasse orientée idéalement....que d'avantages ! Sans oublier tout ce qui est génial dans une région où la méteo est fluctuante : écran géant (et dvdthèque impressionnante), spa et LA piscine couverte et chauffée ! Aux alentours les activités ne manquent pas : rando sur le GR, char à voile, voile, visites culturelles et plage de rêve. Bref tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour.

Des propriétaires aux petits soins pour préparer notre arrivée et une villa totalement équipée nous attendait !! La maison du sans souci

Un séjour très agréable en famille. La vue mer est délicieusement apaisante, les équipements de la maison sont au top! Piscine & jacuzzi pour se relaxer, poêle pour un maxi confort. 3 Chambres spacieuses. Nos hôtes ont été très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et nous guider dans notre découverte du Finsitère. La maison est située proche de la plage et surtout idéalement placée pour découvrir la région. Tout est réuni pour des vacances réussies !

Coup de coeur pour le Finistère !

La région est magnifique ! La villa parfaitement située, très au calme et avec une vue mer très agréable, est bien conçue et tout est à disposition. Le ménage aurait pu être plus poussé à l'extérieur (jardin d'hiver, espace piscine et mobilier de jardin), mais intérieur de la maison très propre. Nous recommandons cette location !
