Covenient location

Good stay, very convenient location, close to the centre. The property has a lot of character and the room are quite large. Breakfast was good, cooked on request.

We liked the hotel. The staff was nice. The receptionist showed us how to use the keypad to our room. The decoration of the room was elegant. For breakfast we ordered from a menu. Multiple options to choose.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der check-in unkompliziert. Das Frühstück kann man von einer Karte auswählen und es wird frisch zubereitet. Die Temperatur draussen war winterlich-kalt, aber in meinem Zimmer war es kuschelig warm. Mir hat auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gefallen, war angenehm zu duschen. Leider gibt’s keinen Duschvorhang, weswegen ich die Dusche nicht entspannt geniessen konnte, weil ich aufpassen wollte, nicht alles nass zu spritzen. Bei der Zimmereinrichtung hat man sich Mühe gegeben, es schön zu machen. Sehr schade ist, dass der helle, flauschige Teppich so schmutzig ausschaut. Ich weiss nicht, ob er schmutzig war, oder ob die Flecken auf dem hellen Boden einfach nicht mehr rausgehen. Aber es hat die Erfahrung etwas getrübt, weil man sich sonst so Mühe gab. Zu guter letzt hätte ich mir im Bad eine Reserverolle Toilettenpapier gewünscht. Als ich um eine neue Rolle bat, habe ich auf die Schnelle eine angefangene aus einem anderen Zimmer erhalten. Die Punkte, die man verbessern könnte, wollte ich beim Check-out erwähnen, aber leider war die Dame am telefonieren und dachte nicht daran, kurz aufzulegen und später zu telefonieren. (Scheint in Rumänien normal zu sein, ist mir bei einer Kaffee-Bar auch passiert.) Insofern wurde mir nur kurz die Rechnung überreicht und eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Nach Feedback oder wie mein Aufenthalt insgesamt war, wurde ich nicht gefragt.
