  • Welcome to Penhoat in Ploeven, in Finistère SUD, detached villa spacious and bright, for 8 people, 4 bedrooms in a quiet and relaxing, not overlooked, the great beaches of St Anne la palud and kervigen are 1km ideal to spend holidays with family or friends. From the veranda you will have a superb view of the bay of Douarnenez and the surrounding countryside, this rental house will bring you all the comforts. Outside large 800m2 flower garden, GROUNDS NOT CLOSED, terrace with sea view. Whether on the terrace or sitting comfortably in the veranda we only marvel at all hours permanent color changes; Ideal place to discover tourist places and hiking trails.
    You will quickly access the hiking trails GR34, browse the trails along the coast, the dunes, coves 5 minutes from the house.
    Visit the luggage station in the kervigen marsh for the identification of migratory species;
    Open every day in summer except bad weather; can be done on foot from the house.

A jewel near the sea

A delightful stay. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The cottage has a beautiful garden and views of the sea. It is only a 15 minute walk to the beach . We were very happy in the cottage, a great wood burning stove too. My only recommendation would be more modern mattresses for the beds.

The location is very quiet, 15 min walk from a fabulous beach. The conservatory and garden were lovely and the 180* view of the sea was beautiful. There was a parking area in front of the house. On the downside the bathroom and kitchen were very tired and in need of renovation, the mismatched bed linen also needed replacing. There was a lack of hanging space and the double bedrooms were very small. The owner loves opposite and was very helpful but for the price it needs some investment.

Très belle maison avec une splendide vue mer. Les chambres au RDC sont un plus lorsque l'on est séjourne avec des personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer. Cependant n'est pas accéssible aux PMR. La très joile véranda est un vrai plus. Un bémol tout de même, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont hors d'âge et mériteraient une vraie rénovation. (Le congélateur ne fonctionne plus, la minuterie du four est cassée). Petit détail un peu gênant, vous pouvez trouver la propriétaire dans le jardin qui y cultive son potager à tout moment. Malgré ces petits "hics" nous avons passé un excellent séjour et encore une fois la vue est à couper le souffle.

Exceptionnel

Je pense que nous nous en souviendrons longtemps, et pas qu'à cause de la tempête Ciaran. Christine a été aux petits soins avec nous, la maison est très agréable, le petit feu de cheminée le soir est un vrai moment de bonheur. La localisation est top et la vue sur la baie de la véranda est simplement magique. Et il y a plein de choses intéressantes à faire dans les environs. Je recommande vivement.

Une très bonne semaine en famille.

La maison est parfaitement conforme à ce que nous attendions. Très belle vue, maison spacieuse, proche des plages et de nombreux lieux de visite… Elle n’est pas toute neuve, mais on voit bien qu’elle se renouvelle constamment. Par beau temps, le jardin et la terrasse (ou la véranda pour les frileux) sont parfaits. Pour les moments de pluie, le salon est luxueux, avec sa grande télé et ses beaux canapés. Et notre hôte s’est montrée très sympathique et réactive au moindre petit souci.

Maison agréable, bon emplacement et jolie vue

Maison idéalement placée pour découvrir cette belle région. La vue de la terrasse et de la véranda est superbe. Point de départ à pied de diverses ballades. La maison est agréable bien que la cuisine ne soit pas très grande et fonctionnelle pour un groupe. Nous recommandons cette location.

Semaine entre amis

Nous étions 8 adultes et nous avons apprécié cette maison. Quelques petites améliorations sont à apporter au niveau rangement, nous en avons parlé avec Christine qui par ailleurs est charmante. La véranda est très agréable surtout le soir afin de profiter des couchers de soleil. Excellente situation pour visiter les nombreux sîtes dans un rayon de 50 kms et pour les randonneurs le GR34 est à quelques centaines de mètres. Le soleil n'était pas au RV mais nous avons pu sortir tous les jours, il y a tant de choses à voir. Merci Christine pour votre accueil et pour les pêches du jardin. A l'occasion nous reviendrons.

Magnifique séjour

Très jolie maison, un peu à l'écart du hameau, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. Très grand jardin fleuri et apaisant. Maison spacieuse avec tout les équipements et le confort nécessaire. Belle et grande plage à 20 min. à pied. Très belle rencontre et contact avec notre hôte, qui a su nous conseiller sur les activités à faire dans la région, et d'une très grande disponibilité.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Vermieterin war nichts Zuviel. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps und half sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da, voll funktionstüchtig. Der Garten ist ein Traum, der Blick auf's Meer wunderbar.

Malgré une meteo contrariante , nous avons passé un très bon sejour, la véranda nous permettant de profiter des variations de lumière sur la baie de Douarn...la localisation permet de découvrir la presqu'île de Crozon et de rejoindre rapidement Brest. Propriétaire arrangeante et agréable .

Beautiful Brittany retreat!

We loved our stay here! The best parts were the wonderful bakery right up the street and beauty of the accommodations themselves, including especially the view of the farm fields and the bay in the distance from the sun porch. (It was hard to blast ourselves out from that view!) The kitchen, bath and washing machine are completely adequate. The bed is comfortable. And everything we wanted to see was 45 minutes away or less. We were there before beach season, but the nearby beach is absolutely lovely. And although Christine speaks French and we only speak English, we managed to communicate fine. Would definitely recommend.

schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Im Vorfeld war der e-mail Kontakt mit der Vermieterin immer sehr angenehm und zeitnah. .Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, inkl. Gartengrill. Der Garten geht rund ums Haus, es entspricht alles der Beschreibung. In Ploéven (2 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Einkaufen kann man gut in nahen Plomodiern.. Vom Haus sieht man auf den sehr schönen Strand von St. Anne La Palud. 10 Auominuten weiter ist der Strand von Pentrez. Auch dieser ist sehr schön, bei gutem Wind kann man dort Strandsegeln. Die Vermieterin wohnt in der Nähe, gibt Tips für Ausflüge und steht für Auskünfte gerne zur Verfügung

De vraies vacances !

Une très belle villa avec tout l'espace et le confort nécessaires pour passer un véritable séjour de détente. Le soir, dîner sur la terrasse en regardant le soleil rougeoyant tomber dans la mer qui nous fait face est un spectacle enchanteur. En cas de vent frisquet, on peut poursuivre le repas sous la véranda et continuer de profiter du spectacle. Le grand jardin qui entoure la maison est très agréable et permet autant de jouer que de préparer un barbecue, recevoir des amis ou se protéger à l'ombre des arbres, un livre à la main, dans un transat, lorsque le soleil donne. La région est calme, le bourg voisin possède une boulangerie/épicerie très bien achalandée et la plage de Saint-Anne-la-Palud est si vaste qu'elle peut être très fréquentée sans ressentir une seconde un sentiment de foule. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire est adorable et pleine d'attentions. Très envie d'y retourner ! Mr et Mme Petit
