This fully renovated studio apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residence. It includes an entrance hall with a closet, a living room (1 double sofa bed) opening onto a furnished balcony with a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, stovetop, combination oven/microwave), a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Shared bicycle storage. Wi-Fi included.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you choose the linen option, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
