Your privatized apartment on the 2nd floor of the owners' house includes on the same level: closed corridor leading to the living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with excellent bedding (1 bed 140x190) and (1 bed 140x190), bathroom water (shower) and separate wc. Access to the apartment by private entrance but by taking the common staircase of the house where the owner plans the development of 2 guest rooms on the 1st floor. Parking on land in the property, private land available. In the hamlet of Ville Berneuf, in the countryside but only 400 m from the beach, this former family home is currently being transformed into a Holiday Home. After a career in the hotel industry, Jean-Michel, the owner is impatient to make you discover in all intimacy his childhood home and the little cocoon he has just fitted out by favoring quality services. At the entrance of the property, you will have a private relaxation area where you can relax after your escapades and discoveries of the region. To access the beach, it is very quick on foot and the panoramas are splendid: you will even have the opportunity to see many paragliders...the environment is heavenly. To find entertainment, head to Val André 4 km away where you will find all the shops, restaurants, the casino, the thalasso... Other beautiful wild beaches are to be discovered in Erquy (12 km), the port of fishing and its auction, Cap Fréhel at 21 km. Welcome to Michèle and Jean, in this beautiful family building which houses a very pleasant apartment on the 2nd floor and soon 2 guest rooms on the 1st. Jean-Michel, the owner is looking forward to welcoming you there from now on... and he knows the region so well...
