Hotelのスタッフはいつも笑顔でとても気持ち良かったでした。 残念だったのはエアコンの温度設定をかなり高めに設定しておかないと動作しなかった事、それに気付くまで時間を要した事程度です。 その他は良かったと思います。

とりあえず快適。
部屋にはキッチンがあり長期滞在や車での旅行者や家族向けには最適でしょう。私はお湯だけ欲しかったのですがコップも鍋もなくフロントにコーヒーメーカーを借りに出なければならなかった。最低限のコップや湯沸しヤカン等は置いてあればいいのにと思いました。作業用デスクがありビジネスには好適でした。清潔度は改装された後のようで、それなりでした。近くにfoodモールがあり、車のない者にも外食には便利でした。閑静な郊外のビジネスタウンで、夜は静かでした。安心な街という印象でした。ホテルのシャトルバスがなかったのは残念。朝食はマフィンやシリアルや果物等をご自由にお取りくださいという型式で、温かいものは飲み物だけでした。

The receptionist issued a room key for a room that was already reserved and I walked in on another couple in the room. Then once I got into my “new” room, the smell of marijuana reeked from the room either next door or below me. You have to ask for shampoo otherwise you won’t have any in your room. The room was fairly clean but the bed was outdated and not comfortable. I will likely not stay again.

I’m sorry but everything about this place was horrible ! Never have I ever had a bad experience like this! Alarms randomly going off, the place had a horrible smell all around! Staff was hardly ever in the front and they were not organized at all! They didn’t even know what rooms were cleaned !not to mention the water coming out of the floor in my sisters room! Just bad all around, I’m sorry I just couldn’t rest all night with the smell, the noises, amongst other things !

This place came to our rescue at a difficult time. The staff were the shining stars. They were completely full which stretches resources, yet the staff were on top of things, and really made us feel like family. Having a pool was a great feature with kids. No place is perfect, but when the staff is amazing, nothing else really matters.

Property is in rough condition. Electronic keys barely work. Was locked out of my room for 30 minutes because none of my keys worked and staff was away for 30 minutes. Even after programming new keys, couldn’t get in my room. Manager had to come to my room to let me in. Halls smelled like cigars as someone smokes in the building. Showers barely work. I guess you get what you pay for.

My partner and I stayed here for the week, it’s easier since my work is 15mins away from the hotel. The staff are nice. Breakfast is limited. The Queen room is nice, especially I love the kitchen unfortunately they didn’t have enough pan all for the guest. But it’s okay. Also, the fridge is big so we can put our food. Will be staying at this hotel sometime soon.

Upon arrival the lobby smelled of marijuana and when I got off the elevator to go to my room it smelled musty and of urine. Luckily my room did not smell. The room was cozy but very outdated. There were also no shampoo, conditioner or lotions in the room - had to wash my hair with soap (not the best but better than nothing). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was an average place to stay for a single night in Pleasanton and was affordable.

The girl who checked me in was excellent customer friendly very helpful. But when I went to bed and pulled the sheets down there was a Kleenex there Needless to say I slept on top of the covers And the bathroom trash was not empty But since I had to leave at 3 in the morning I let it go we were to tired and had to be at hospital by 4 am. Will not be staying there again.

Would not stay here again
We looked at 2 rooms before settling on the room we stayed in. The first room had a large gap at the bottom of the door and frame so anyone could bend down and look right in. 2nd room reeked of cigarette smoke ( this is a smoke free hotel), the last room looked fine initially, but as we settled in that evening we looked up at the ceiling to find blood stained finger marks streaked across the ceiling above the couch. The floor wasn't that clean so we definitely kept our shoes on. The top of the refrigerator had a milk like ring stain from a glass. The pillows were dense, flat and uncomfortable. When we turned on the bathroom fan, we could smell cigarette smoke. Lastly, the curtains were to short in width so we couldn't block out the flood lighting from the parking lot. The staff were very friendly.
