Staff are all competent, communicative, helpful. Steve at the front desk handled a package delivery, with an unknown arrival time, efficiently and with no problems. Will definitely stay here again. "Clean, nice, just the basics but that's all you need. It was completely quiet. Wi-fi worked fine. We stayed because of an event in Madison. The drive was 25 minutes to the hotel, about how long it would have taken to get to Madison's east side. There were a couple of "hooker hotels" with rooms available closer than this hotel, but we were dissuaded from them and I am so happy. We'll stay again when we come to Madison for the same event."
