「Overall, this property was as advertised. It is a basement unit in a home. The host allowed an early check-in with their friend to accommodate our flight schedule. They offered suggestions for local restaurants. We had a severe weather event during our stay, and our host responded immediately to clean up a small amount of flood water on a carpet in the entryway. 」

「I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. 「Wonderful, sunny space. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. We were blessed with great weather for walking around town and campus. Loved the front deck for sitting in the sun.」

「This property is very impressive. It was clean and in order. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully remodeled. The manager was completely accommodating. It is indeed a 5 star property. However, the neighborhood, which looks like it is in the throws of regentrification, is unpleasant in its appearance. Over a short amount of time this will change for the better. In the end don't let the look of the neighborhood discourage your stay here. It's location is a prime place to stay while in Oakland....
