「We were put in the bee room instead of the owl room but still a good experience. 」

The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. 「The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. 「Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. 「It’s a resort in a great location. Close to Brighton ski resort, so you can ski two places in a few days. There’s a shuttle that will pick you up from the resort. Everything is conveniently located. The rental was big enough for a couple, and two teenagers or four young kids. It’s a quick ride up the canyon and really close to the airport.」
