"April, Gabriel, and the front desk staff were wonderful. Very helpful, willing to address any question, and happy to make suggestions. My only complaint was that the apartment (101) needed more lamps (floor and table) as the overhead lights were too bright. I felt safe and at ease in the neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped (1.5 baths -- very modern), a respectable kitchen, had paper products in the kitchen and bathroom, soaps in both as well, and towels. Though you will need to buy food items (convenience stories nearby) and other bathroom items as per your individual needs/preferences. The neighborhood has plenty of cool restaurants at least one live music venue, and some really cute cafes."

"We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily book again. Highlights: Fantastic location — right in the heart of everything you’d want to see and do. Large, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked perfectly (a huge plus), and the TV included Netflix. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Robert at check-in was especially great — he kindly accommodated our request to switch to a room on the other side of the property without any hassle. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the servers were consistently friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Tanya for starting our days off on such a positive note. One small area for improvement: While everything was clean and the room was spacious, a bit of modern updating would really elevate the overall experience. That said, the comfort, service, and location more than made up for it. A wonderful stay all around."

"Honestly, it wasn’t even good for the price we paid. Everything was either stained, had holes, or both. Pillow cases that didn’t fit, walls, curtains and towels with holes, stained sheets, just to mention a few. The maid never properly cleaned the room and some of the staff were nice, others were not. I wouldn’t recommend it until they made all the proper updates the hotel needs, it looks like it has been left to rot for years."
