"The property needs a bit of tlc, main bathroom had a broken floor drain which let in cockroaches, curtains ripped in places, un ironed and stained, a mish mash of bedding with what appears to be bleech stains, broken socket in en suite wirh cables hanging out which was repaired very quickly.We complained about the cleanliness of pool after a sand storm which was no ones fault, but was assured we would be notified in advance of pool mans arrival, he turned up ananounced mid morning invading our privacy, We also had no onsite parking as described in advert and the managing agent refused to give us a key.Also beware of the neighbours dog, non stop barking, Overhaul not a bad stay, but lack of comunication, lack of little details to make it home from home and a small welcome pack wouldn't have gone a miss after the long journey we had to get there"

"Room was spacious and spotless. Staff came in to change bins and make beds every day. Huge complex with things to do for everyone. As a solo traveller I still enjoyed all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was a large area with lots of great choice. Very impressed overall and will definitely return"

" Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! "This apartment was fabulous, beautifully furnished to a high standard. 2 good sized bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer ceramic hob, coffee maker microwave and air fryer. There are 3 large tvs and wifi. The bathroom has a large shower, and a washing machine. There is a pretty courtyard to sit in, which is not overlooked. There is a supermarket and taverna nearby. A car is needed, we hired a car from the airport which was reasonably priced, and the apartment is situated halfway between puerto del carmen and playa blanca, so it was ideal for visiting the major attractions of the island. Anchor our host was so kind and considerate, nothing was too much trouble for him."

"This villa was perfect! Lots of space, inside and out. Plenty of loungers. Beautiful pool. And in the sun all day. The balcony was my fav spot - for morning coffee and then G&T at the end of the day! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was situated in a residential area, about 20 mins walk to Playa Blanca but this was perfect for us as we only had 6 nights and wanted to just chill by the pool. There’s a great little shop over the road which has managed to cram in practically everything you need! And for anything else, there’s a Lidl 15 mins walk away. This was a perfect place for us and would def come back! :)"

"A lovely hotel, atmospheric & with lovely friendly service from all the staff. The room was nice, pool area lovely, breakfast was very nice & varied. We are dinner there twice & would really recommend. A very relaxing break, Yaiza is peaceful, easy to access on the airport bus, very quiet & not touristy like the mainstream resorts in the coast. "

"The property contact Gabriel,was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped me find the property via WhatsApp at 11.20 at night, it was pitch black, I was tired and had driven from the airport on my own (never driven on the right before, well not on purpose lol).The property itself was as described, a good little sun trap, as Lanzarote can be really windy.30 minute walk in to Playa Blanca, ok for me as I like walking, was on my own and not in a rush. May be a bit of a treck for someone less abled.All in all, had a great stay and once again Gabriel came up trumps, when departure time was 11 am and my flight wasn't till 8.35 pm. He checked if any other bookings were due, there weren't, so managed to stay till 4 pm.Cheers Gabriel PS, the property could do with a pop up toaster lol."
