Great family-friendly hotel. This was our 2nd visit here & both times were excellent. I highly recommend making reservations at Los Agaves, Cocoa & MakiTaco for dinner. The dinner is included as all-inclusive but reservations are limited. You can book beginning at 8am 1-day in advance thru the hotel app. Bartolomé & Alfredo were top-notch waiters. Very friendly, pleasant & extremely patient with us & our kids. They made the experience a special memory. Dali, the hostess, always had a welcoming smile. The food at all three places was amazing and perfectly plated. Definitely a step above offerings at the buffet hall. The ladies at the Coffee & You coffee bar were also very pleasant & patient with the kids and I as we ordered multiple ice cream & coffee options. The hotel is conveniently located next to the port for the Ferry to Isla Mujeres which is a quick 30-minute ride for a quick afternoon trip. The pirate ship excursion included with the hotel was fun for both adults & kids. Ana was our waitress onboard & I was extremely impressed by her patience as many passengers asked for drinks & food all at the same time. She had a smile the whole time and offered to accommodate special requests. The beach water was calm & crystal clear in the mornings. It turned a little more green in the late afternoon with the heat of the day so I recommend beach-swimming earlier in the day. As others had mentioned, there are many representatives offering timeshares but staff was polite.

Excellent! I really love All inclusive system here. All restaurants/bar are high quality and ocean view is very beautiful. There are a lot of activities/facilities for kids as well, so you can enjoy with your family.

The hotel was nice. All staff with the exception of one, were very friendly. One of the down sides to this hotel was the excursion for the cenotes, it gets booked fast because they don’t have multiple excursions a day. On top of that, they didn’t allow us to book prior to arrival, which is very unfortunate. The beach along the resort has these big concrete blocks along the shore which doesn’t allow for us to enjoy the beach. We also had a bad experience when we ordered room service. The bread on the burger had mold, very gross. The staff said they would send someone to see the food, they never showed up.
