I have really come to love this place. Tucked away in the woods about 20 minutes north of Bratislava in a beautiful wooded area. The staff here is great, the restaurant is exceptional and overall a very relaxing and charming experience. 5 stars

Asked for the food heat up. Klara clara refused saying she would put poison in it not to guarantee the safetry ofnthr service. Asked for the policy and Manager which never showed up. See how the horrible employee can ruin your holiday

All good if you don't care about food...

We enjoyed one night in this nice hotel. The room was big, the pool-area was perfect and the kids enjoyed the area around the hotel. The powerfull thunderstorm that came during the night was a added bonus. This hotel delivered on most, but failed on one of the mayor points. Food. We had booked half pension. Well, that was just sad. The kids menu was a disaster, and the options for adults was boring and not nearly good enough for such a nice hotel. My tip, remove the halv pension or make it good... And the breakfast was just as terrible. When we arrived around 1 hour before closing, nearly half the options were empty. One girl was running back and forth and trying to fix things, but a lot of the mayor items were never refilled. Only thing to drink for 20 minutes was water. The worst part about the breakfast? One girl was running and working as never before, while to girls were standing in the reception chatting in stead of helping. Ok, it might not be there work, but a Hotel is a all about teamwork. Had the food been great I would have given this hotel 10 out of 10.

Afslappende hotel

Det var kun én overnatning, fordi vi skulle videre mod Rumænien. Vi ville gerne bo på et hotel, hvor vi kunne slappe af efter 12 timers kørsel fra Danmark. Jeg synes, at det var en god oplevelse, da jeg var med mine to børn og de kunne nyde legepladsen og det legetøj, der var på hotellet. Værelset var rigtig fint og morgenmaden var rimelig.

Love the playground and spa access. Kids friendly. However, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Couldn't have a cup of coffee from 21.30 as restaurant was cleaning the machine overnight.

Pěkný hotel obklopený přírodou, s velmi příjemným a ochotným personálem. Námět na zlepšení - silnější signál wifi. Bohužel jsme nestihli využít wellness, ale příště určitě vyzkoušíme.Bazén vypadal skvěle.

Spa resort in the Slovakian countryside

Spark is a charming country hotel near Malacky that brings great service and a decent sleep for its guests. There is a nice pool, although I did not try it. The restaurant is very good. Each dish we had was very nicely done, quite delicious.

We where received by a bored and unfriendly receptionist. Breakfast is until 09:00 in the morning. It should be at least until 10. We arrived 08:45 and the waiter seemed to be annoyed by it. We sat down and he gave us the menu. I dont eat meat so I asked him politely if I could get only fried egg without ham. He answered angrily "just pick something from menu". During checkout the receptionist didn't even greet us. We really felt unwelcomed by all the employers. The parking space was good
