"you feel at home: the owner is discrete and very helpful at the same time. The place is fantastic, quiet, so clean & well maintained, nice perfumes while swimming into the pool... "Het is een prachtige accomodatie in een prachtige omgeving, zeker een aanrader. Alle nodige voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en alles is goed verzorgd. De communicatie met de host verliep ook zeer vlot. We hadden de gite Erontas geboekt. We wisten bij boeking niet dat deze gite zonder zwembad was, de host informeerde ons voor onze aankomst dat enkel de gite Amarantos beschikt over een privézwembad. Dit wordt ook verduidelijkt bij de gites afzonderlijk, maar dat hadden wij niet opgemerkt. Gelukkig...

"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
