COMFORTABLE VILLA ROUTE DES SANGUINAIRES EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION, GARDEN

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Remari. Wir waren zu sechst in der Villa mit 4 fast erwachsenen Kindern im Alter von 17 bis 21 Jahren und einem Hund. Alle fühlten wir uns wohl, da für jeden genug Rückzugsgebiet vorhanden war , sowohl im Garten als auch im Haus. Auch das Billiard -und Darthaus bot Abwechslung und nicht zu vergessen der Schachtisch . Insgesamt war das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und mit vielen Kunstobjekte liebevoll gestaltet. Die Küche bot alles was man so braucht, u.a. auch Orangenpresse. Auch 2 große Kühlschränke und 2 Gefriereinheiten waren vorhanden. Kurz um mit einer Außendusche und etwas weniger Ameisen wäre es DAS perfekte Ferienhaus gewesen, so war es FAST perfekt. Die Ameisen ließen sich mit den im Schrank vorhandenen Mitteln zumindestens im Haus im Zaun halten, aber wir paßten natürlich auch sehr mit dem Essen auf. Wir waren Anfang bis Mitte August 14 d hier und es war natürlich sehr heiß. Aber dank der Klimaanlage und der Rolläden, war es immer angenehm kühl im Haus. Zum Strand geht es nur über die Straße und 40 m an der Straße entlang. Der Zugang zum Meer gegenüber der Villa ist steil und steinig und somit nicht zu empfehlen, aber am Strand war es trotz Hauptsaison nicht voll. Die Straße ist nicht übermäßig befahren, so dass der Meerblick im Garten immer zu genießen war. Mit dem Bus kommt man alle 30 Minuten in die Stadt, das Auto braucht ca 30 Min. zum Bäcker waren es 20 min, auch Fahrräder sind vorhanden."

"Bonjour,Tout était parfait.Petit bémol cependant sur les équipements de la cuisine qui demeurent insuffisants comme Les couverts et les assiettes plates. Manque les ustencils pour les fruits de mers et des couteaux plus coupants pour l excelente charcuterie corse que nous avons dégustée. Un parasol plus grand aurait été parfait par rapport à l ensoleillement du matin au soir de la maison en cette période de canicule. Ce sont la des remarques constructives pour de notre avis, arriver à la note maximale. Excellente réactivité et gentillesse de la proprietaire par rapport aux imprévus. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans un quartier calme proche de la plage et nous recommandons cet hébergement. William"

"Really great budget hotel just a couple minutes away from Ajaccio city center. Amazing balcony sea views from your room, very big pool and good breakfast. A bit of an older building but has a cute charm with very friendly and accommodating staff. Recommend staying here since it’s just a 10-15 minute drive from city center but also a short drive from amazing beaches on the coast. Only thing is cleanliness could be better as they don’t check all the drawers when guests are checking out as we found a moldy Spar food in one of the drawers about two days into our stay that was left from the previous guests before."

"Le propriétaire est un hôte charmant, très attentionné et très accessible.Son logement offre une vue magnifique toute la journée.Il correspond à la description, comme le dis Christian " ce n' est pas un château" mais il y a le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour et le logement est propre.Il y a toujours une place pour se garer , ce qui est appréciable.Par contre la vue se mérite , c'est comme précisé au 4ieme étage sans ascenseur... personnellement cela ne m'a posé aucun problème."
