「The hotel was okay as a whole and the courtyard and pool was nice although full of ants. I was bothered by our room. Reserved a room with a balcony which we got but it was full of pine needles and other tree debris. No chairs or anything on the balcony and it faced the freeway and all we got is loud traffic noise. We couldn’t even leave the glass door open due to the noise. The balcony was useless and we heard traffic most the night. Thankful it quieted down somewhat later at night. No provided...

「Rooms are spacious, and the price was low. The rest are all disadvantages. -- no service -- I saw cops many times in my 5-day stay -- loud neighbours -- lots of noisy, teen kids running around in the corridors. I guess the property is rented by some state agency for boarding the kids under the state care I stayed there for the sunk cost. I will not go back.」

「I am a Hilton Honor’s member and upon check in the receptionist acknowledged that which was nice, however, I was placed in the worst room. My room faced the freeway, the windows are super thin. I heard loud car noises, trucks, motorcycles going by the entire night. In addition the a/c was an older model and it sounded like a train was going by every time it went on during the night.
