The staff was welcoming and nice, but there was surprisingly no internet since we arrived before 7 pm until the next day in the evening. This completely ruined my first night as I couldn't complete important work on my laptop and had no means of communication. The next day, I requested room service before leaving the hotel and came back in the evening to find the room in the same condition I left it. The next morning at 8:00 AM, I went for breakfast but there was no milk. When I asked, I was nicely informed that "we ran out of milk and nothing to refill." This is basic stuff that should not be lacking early in the morning. It would be helpful if the management could have a contingency plan to rescue such situations. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I think it's necessary at this time, maybe it could help others and save even bigger issues in the future. Thank you

Parking was easy and secure. My room was definitely not clean. There was stuff that was spilled in the fridge, the desk had something on it so it showed me it hadn’t been wiped down, there was something on the alarm clock and hairs in the tub. The heat lamp in the bathroom was broke and the door for the bathroom would hardly open. I had to pick up on the handle to get it pushed open. There was clearly dust or something from the ceiling on the tv because you could see a layer of what appeared to be dust or stucco from the ceiling on it. The bedding and towels were clean. Bathroom sink and toilet were clean but I would never stay there again. The only reason I did was it was the least expensive and had good reviews. I was highly disappointed.

There was a stain on the cushion that covers the bench above the air conditioner. It looked like a bodily fluid if you catch my drift. I travel often for work so I always bring a blue light and test my sheets. There were literal blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was clean. That’s the only reason I gave it the stars I did. The linens on the bed were clearly not changed. The staff was very accommodating when I asked for new bedding.

The hotel is EXTREMELY dirty. The towels and pillow cases were stained. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. So gross. Stay away.

My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to the overall room condition and maintenance issues. Several cleanliness and upkeep problems were noticeable. One of the lights in the room was not working. The hair dryer was heavily covered in dirt. The window sill had dead insects that appeared to have been there for quite some time. The bathroom exhaust fan produced excessive noise, suggesting poor maintenance. The walls, door surfaces, and general finishes were visibly dirty. There were also signs of mold developing around the sink area. The hallway had an unpleasant odor. The towels did not appear to be properly cleaned, with visible traces suggesting prior use. The shower water flow was extremely weak due to heavy mineral buildup on the fixtures. Sound insulation was very poor. Outdoor noise as well as hallway noise could be clearly heard inside the room. On a positive note, the front desk staff were polite, proactive, and welcoming. They consistently greeted guests and demonstrated a helpful attitude. However, the housekeeping staff showed little courtesy, including rushing into elevators without basic guest acknowledgment. Additionally, management staff did not greet guests when encountered, which contributed to an overall lack of hospitality professionalism. The management’s lack of attention to maintenance and guest experience significantly detracts from the brand’s image.

I booked a room with a couch intentionally, the first one they gave me was disgusting, the couch wasn’t usable due to how stained and dirty it was. Brought this to staff’s attention and they moved me to another room with an even dirtier couch and linens that were also stained. The manager stated that these accommodations were what they had to offer and if I wasn’t happy I shouldn’t stay, so I didn’t.

There was only one washer and one dryer available for the entire three floors of the establishment. My son was in a volleyball tournament and his uniforms were wet. Someone “hogged” up the dryer. My son asked the front desk clerk if he could utilize the dryer just for three jerseys and three shorts (there was nothing going when we checked in at 11:00pm nor when he went downstairs). Unfortunately, the clearly that was on duty 2/5 did not go above and beyond and my son had to wait to dry his six items (they were finally dried at 2:15am and we had to leave for the tournament at 6:00am. On 2/6, my son had other wet items and the only dryer was busted/not operational per the female clerk on duty. She went above and beyond and let my son dry his sweatshirt and undergarments and he was able to get a good night’s sleep. I can’t fathom having one washer and one dryer for three floors of rooms in this building and they are not properly maintained. We were not happy that the clerk on 2/5 didn’t assist us but happy that the female clerk on 2/6 went above and beyond. My son and I also smelled weed in the hallway of the third floor (our room was located there) as soon as you exit the elevator and exit the room. We also notice that the bath tub drain does not drain properly/extremely slow after taking a shower. Might want to perform a maintenance check on all drains. The parking lot was not cleared especially when there was snow and ice along with freezing temperatures.

I want a complete refund. I understand that there was a snow storm. I understand it's mother nature. What I refuse to understand is how you don't clear your parking lot or clear the driving entrance , or even the walk way from the parking area into the hotel. When trying to pull in to the entrance I ended up getting stuck. I had to go into the hotel and ask to borrow a shovel to dig myself out. Fortunately, there were a couple guys that had a plow that were staying at the hotel also. They nicely plowed a way in for me after I got unstuck. Now during this not one employee came out to even offer help. From being stuck and trying to get loose from the snow, the black decorative part on the front of my car is no longer part of my car. When I went inside finally and asked for the manager she came down and listened to me scream. I told her how I had to dig my way in and said that I felt that I should be compted for my room. She said that she wouldn''t do that. Basically, she claimed that she doesn't own the lot and not hers to maintain, but the cpmplexs. I told her that she is running a business where cars have to be able to get in and out and it is indeed their responsibility. She offered me 20% off but then it was revoked when they saw I paid through expedia. Now I wish that this was all. They finally got the plow to plow they're lot...at 10:30pm. When I was leaving, I found that the plow burried my car so I had to dig myself out as well. I want a complete refund!!!
