Tom’s apartment was clean, spacious and perfectly located a couple of blocks from restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Communication with the host was great, as he made sure we made it in with no problems and was very helpful throughout our trip. We’d definitely stay there again!
The accommodations were great! It's a very well-put-together townhome that has spacious rooms, nice lighting, comfortable beds, and centrally located in the city. The number pad lock was very easy to operate and made for a seamless check-in. The place made my family visit awesome.
This property is in a prime location. We could walk everywhere. Parking was easy right on the street. The bedrooms were huge and the family room was perfect for our Christmas out of town.
We had a blast this past weekend! The kitchen was awesome! We loved having the different bedrooms to be able to spread out. We loved the ease of getting into the place. While the parking was interesting, it wasn't bad and we always had a place near our house.
The place was perfect for an overnight trip to Lawrenceville. There was ample, free parking all around the unit and check-in was a breeze, making the whole trip stress-free. The host was very responsive and took time to answer my calls. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with necessities. Highly recommend.
Lawrenceville Loft is a Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Pittsburgh!
I travelled with two siblings for a family event at Heinz History center and celebration of life at Mr Small’s Theater in nearby Millvale. The Loft was perfectly located, and has a superb surrounding with hometown dining and pubs. The Loft is huge, the beds are very comfortable, everything clean and welcoming. There are a few stairs, so bedrooms are nicely apart. We really loved the stay, and our host Tom was superb, Thank you, hope to get back, and my sisters loved it too!
Clean comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. I had concerns about parking and Tom gave me great alternatives which I didn’t even need as I was able to park right up front. I was so preoccupied with my trip that I wasn’t the best communicator. Tom, on the other hand, was awesome. Any time I had a question he was super quick to respond. Thanks for the stress free trip.
This property was close to downtown and easy to navigate around the city. Parking was hit or miss, but we always found some. It is close to coffee shops, and restaurants. It was clean, does not have central air, but the window boxes were sufficient. One room did have a broken one, but we had a fan, and thankfully it wasn’t very hot. The kitchen does not
have a microwave, or a toaster. They stock the house with dishes for 4, pots and pans, soap, and shampoo. There is only one shared bathroom, the shower doors are clear which is unfortunate, as no one can come
In to use the toilet while someone is showering.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was spacious!
We spent the weekend here for graduation. Loved the Lawrenceville neighborhood - super cozy - so much to do in walking distance. Tom is a great host, very communicative. Would highly recommend.
We stayed for two nights - great location, great restaurants and easily walkable from the T-Bird. Went to Phish show and it cost 8 for an uber in 100 degree weather from Lawrenceville to the Pete. Can’t beat it. Very nice, comfortable! Will stay again!
Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. Host communicated well. Good value especially for location. We didn't spend a lot of time there because it was well situated for walking around and exploring PGH!
Perfect for what we needed. Parking was a little tricky but easy enough to find a spot nearby. We did find some clumped hair mixed in with the clean towels, so we had to reused what we had. We did not reach out to the host, as we were happy with everything else and knew he’d remedy it if needed.
