Very nice rooms and communal lobby space. No parking on site and wasn’t clearly labeled where to go to park. It’s less than a block away though once I called the reception desk to ask about it. No valet. Otherwise I had a nice stay in a quiet clean room in an excellent location.

My flight to Pittsburgh, PA was delayed leading to a cascade of problems. The staff at the EVEN were super helpful and made accommodations to help me out. They were the best! The hotel room was also very nice!

This was a pleasant surprise. We needed a place near the courthouse and easy parking and were not going to be too choosey. An unimpressive entrance opens to a spacious lower lobby. Registration and much of the hotel are on the fifth floor. Nice staff, clean, comfortable room. Impressive facilities, including workout gear in the guest room and in a large area off the lobby.

Noisy. My room was near the door entry. Lots of people coming and going and loud until 11pm. Also, the TV didn’t work. I didn’t call as that meant someone would be in my room after 9pm.

Had to change rooms because AC and TV did not work. Worst part was a fire alarm went off at 7AM. we evacuated the hotel with rest of guests. There were about 100 of us standing on the street at the entrance (lobby was on 5th floor) for like 15 minutes after the alarm stopped. Nobody from the hotel came to notify us that it was a false alarm and we could return to room. We had to learn from exiting guest.

The staff was amazingly helpful. They clearly value their customers and made it very clear they want us to want to come back. And I do. I will look for IHG properties in the future. One thing I will not do in the future however is use Expedia. While the IHG staff let me check out a day early with no charge, a week on I still cannot get someone from Expedia on the phone or in chat to even talk about not charging me for the last night. Never again Expedia.

Stayed here for a weekend in the city. Walkable to many restaurants and nightlife. The gym in the hotel was great to have and had a lot of equipment and free weights. Hotel staff was great and helpful.

3 nuits payées et 2 nuits passées et malgré leur accusé de réception, j'ai été considéré comme no show. Après mon léger coup de colère j'ai obtenu ma chambre. Je suis un grand voyageur et malgré mes plus 1000 nuits passées, cela première fois que cela m'arrive. Un hôtel 4 étoile sait gérér parfaitement les incidents mais cet hôtel mérite seulement 2 ou 3 étoiles WC dans ma chambre n'arrête pas de remplir l'eau à cause de dysfonctionnement de mécanisme et j'ai fermé le robinet. Idem la chambre au-dessus qui m'a empêché de dormir la nuit. Machine à café inutilisable à cause de la présence des saletés dans le réservoir d'eau. Matelas a très vécu des années et inconfortable. Bref je dois y aller pour cette année environ 100 nuits, j'ai trouvé un autre pour la semaine prochaine. Je ne vous recommande pas cet hôtel.
