チェックイン時にとても感じが良かった。　翌日の空港へのリムジンバスのサービスの時間、モーニングコールについて、お願いする前にフロントスタッフからきちんと聞いてくれた。　お部屋は空港のそばだからそのくらいでしょう。

ヒルトン

ホテルでの対応も良く特に大きな不満はありません。ホテルも比較的綺麗ですので特に大きな不満はありません。基本的にはヒルトンやハイアット系に宿泊していれば大きな失敗は無いかと思います。

ホテルはとても綺麗で過ごしやすい環境であると思います。フロントの対応もとても親切ですので日本人でも特に不便は感じないと思います。部屋も特に気になるところはありませんでしたのでふつうに泊まるのであれば問題ないと思います。

全館暖房シャットダウン

季節の変わり目ということもあったと思いますが全館暖房はシャットダウンさらており暖房に切り替えが出来ず寒さで風邪をひきました。残念ながらその後の仕事に影響がありました。ボストンに来てヒルトンのエアポートホテルに泊まっていますがこちらは暖房することが出来ています。

コスパ最高

翌朝早くの便に乗る必要があったため、空港近くのホテルを探していたところ、このホテルが９０００円程度から泊まれるということで予約。従業員の接客も良く、ウェルカムスイーツとして温かくて美味しいチョコチップクッキーを頂いた。客室も清潔で広く、冷蔵庫や無料のミネラルウオーターのサービスがあったのも有難い。周囲にはレストランやスーパー（Walmart）がある。ピッツバーグの人気店Primanti Bros.もすぐ近くにあり、深夜まで空いているので便利。アクセスについては、空港からホテルの無料シャトルで１５分程度。到着ロビーから空港を挟んで反対側にあるため、空港の敷地を迂回していく必要があるため、直線距離に比べて遠く感じる。空港から乗車するときはホテルに連絡をする必要があるため、シャトルが来るまで２０分前後要する。空港に向かうときは、ホテルのフロントで予約する必要がある。ダウンタウンまで行くには、空港から28xのバスが出ているが、どうもホテルから歩いて５分くらいの場所に、別のダウンタウン行きのルート（確かG3）の始発停留所があるみたいなので、それに乗った方が早いかもしれない。

部屋が広いだけ冷蔵庫も無いし、明かりも暗いこれで通常価格$270はあまりにお粗末。もう泊まりません。

安定のダブルツリー！寝具はいつも気持ち良くて、安眠できます。スタッフも親切。車ですぐの所に大型スーパーもあり、便利。

Had a great experience! Our flight was way delayed and we forgot to call the hotel ahead of time. Arrived at 3 AM and still was able to check in with no problem. Room was clean and bed was VERY comfortable!

Clean and comfy

Eooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean and updated. We had a pleasant stay. No complaints.

There was no Continental breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was not pleasant. They did not explain where anything was. They checked me in and gave me a key.

Great property and great price point. Only glitch was a room heating and cooling unit that was stuck on heating the room and would not cool.
