Loved our stay!

Katie has a beautiful home that was able to accommodate a good group of friends. With trail access we were able to wake up and hit the trails right away! We love the privacy and the views and will look forward to booking again in the future!

Beautiful House for a Relaxing Stay

This house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for our softball team and lots of space outdoor for activities. It was great to have the ATV trails right by to ride our side by side and relax when we weren't playing softball. I would love to book again.

ATV trip

We were a party of 8 and this is our 2nd time at this house. The house is awesome very clean multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy and a large yard to park truck and trailers in. We have decided to rent a third year and have already booked for 2025. This is an awesome rental do not hesitate! We love it!

Perfect atv getaway

This property was awesome for us 4 couples to get away and have a quiet place we can all stay for our atv trip, lot is plenty big enough to park/turn around trailers, trails right from property was perfect, house was plenty spacious for the 8 of us highly recommend!

Mini-Vacation

We could not have found a better property to stay at this was just what we wanted. Very clean and private. We had 4 couples and everyone agreed it was perfect for our stay. The direct trail access to the ATV trails was great as well. Katie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again great house and host!

Pittsburg SxS trip

This house was clean, well-equipped and had enough space for 3 families to relax & enjoy. We used the ATV trails that were easily accessible from this property. One day we decided to shop at a few small stores, art gallery, ate at 1840 Restaurant and got ice cream that night. Katie responded quickly to a question we had & all of our needs were met. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and would love to come back ourselves.

I’ve never rated a property poorly, but this stay with our extended family for an ATV trip was very disappointing. During our stay we were expecting 4 chairs outside to enjoy the deck and have coffee, there were 2 - and one was broken. We were also hoping to use the fireplace as shown in the pictures and when arriving the directions were to not use it… and there was no outdoor fire pit. The downstairs had open wires from the ceiling, and the hot water from the shower ran out after 5 minutes. There were no sheets or pillowcases on any of the bedding as shown in the photos and we didn’t receive any check in information. During our stay we found (2) dead mice, one was in a bathroom after noticing the smell, and the other was found half alive under the master bed the next morning. Katie was very responsive and did offer a 200.00 discount, but we will not be staying again. The location is great, and the property is great for ATVs which was the reason for 2 stars

Thanksgiving in Pittsburg

The house was perfect for us to spend our Thanksgiving. Lots of room to cook, eat and relax. Very well stocked kitchen for all the cooking we did. We took advantage of the amazing yard to play some disc golf (that we brought) and to have a fire. The location was perfect - off the beaten path but lots of stores, restaurants and bars within 30 mins. Hopefully we will get back there to stay and explore more. Thank you!

Beautiful place in Pittsburg

On our New England leaf peeping tour we had the opportunity to spend the night here. The home was just lovely. It was just me and the hubs but next time we will bring the entire family. Everything in the description was exactly the way we found it. Overlooking a grassy meadow. Watched the moon come up over the mountains and the sun set. Just beautiful and relaxing. Drive to the Black Bear Tavern for dinner and it was great tavern food. Lots of friendly locals. Would highly recommend this place for families looking for a peaceful retreat that is quiet and away from the crowds.

The property feels secluded but is close to Back lake and restaurants in Pittsburg. The house was spotless and the kitchen was full stocked. We had a great weekend and plan to return next year!

This property is very private, just what we were looking for. Back Lake is right down the street and there was direct access to ATV trails. The house is beautiful and was clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again. The Desaulniers Family

Wonderful Stay and Beautiful Home

The guys and I enjoyed our annual "Men's Retreat" to do some ATV riding in Coos County. This house has a fantastic location for accessing the trail system, and literally had everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay with a large group.
