The Price includes:

- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50.00 per week for animal)Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Villa Desiderio is located outside Pistoia (8 km), in a quiet area and in a very secluded position. Set in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, the property is surrounded by silvery expanses of olive trees and kissed by the sun all day; with large outdoor spaces it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The villa has two floors and is equipped with simple, elegant furnishings, with some pieces of Tuscan tradition. On the ground floor is a large open-plan area with numerous windows, connected to a large portico with the outdoor dining and living area, as well as a large kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. Going up to the first floor you will find the bedrooms with panoramic views. Just a few minutes away from this villa, surrounded by the green Tuscan countryside, is Pistoia where you will find one of the most beautiful historic city centres of Tuscany and where, in summer evenings, typical little restaurants set up their tables in the squares and streets of the historic centre. The proximity to the motorway exit gives the guest the opportunity of making trips to the most famous destinations in Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini Terme and the Tyrrhenian coast of Versilia, without forgetting nearby Vinci, birthplace of the great Leonardo da Vinci and Torre Del Lago, summer residence and source of inspiration of Maestro Giacomo Puccini. Along the evocative routes of "the Monte Albano oil and wine road" you can visit numerous farms and taste excellent wines and sample the typical food and wine products of the area, such as the famous brigidini of Lamporecchio. N.B. The property borders (at the back) with the part inhabited by the owners, in case of need, it will allow you to obtain assistance from the owners themselves if necessary.
VILLA DESIDERIO HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.
Interior:
The villa has two floors connected by a staircase. On the ground floor is a large and brightly-lit open-plan room consisting of dining area, sitting area with TV corner and relaxation area where, if necessary, it is possible to create a "work station". From the relaxation area you come to a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower en suite, exiting through the French windows, you come to the outdoor dining and living area under the large shady portico with panoramic view. From the room on the ground floor a staircase leads up to three double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathroom and one with an adjacent bathroom which is shared with a single bedroom. Air conditioning in two double bedrooms.
Park:
In the panoramic area in front of the property is the garden with a well-kept lawn, embellished with citrus plants and various medicinal plants, all surrounded by colourful flowers that frame the splendid villa. Outside the fenced perimeter, the property is surrounded by large olive groves from which the owners of Villa Desiderio produce an organic extra virgin olive oil that, if you so wish, you may taste.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
From the garden, via a flight of stairs adjacent to the entrance gate, you can access the swimming pool, suspended towards the city with a unique view. The large solarium paved in light wood-colored stoneware that surrounds it contrasts with the blue of the internal PVC coating. The swimming pool is elliptical in shape, measures: 5x8 m with a depth of 1.20 m and is equipped with both internal lighting and in the sunbathing area. Here you can spend relaxing evenings thanks to comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs positioned in the shade of a large sail. The swimming pool, located in the lowest area of ​​the property, is 40 m from the building, is enclosed by a laurel hedge and has an entrance through a gate. The water purification is based on chlorine, while access to the pool is facilitated by a convenient metal ladder. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
