This accommodation is part of a farmhouse situated in the midst of olive groves and vineyards, in the foothills of the mountains of Pistoia, in Tuscany. The center of Pistoia is just 5 km away. The farm has been divided into 11 comfortable apartments and the area around the estate comprises more than 12 hectares of land. The owner lives on the farm and continues a long tradition of producing homemade olive oil and wine. Guests can sample the fresh fruits and vegetables which come from the farm. The fresh eggs are from the farm's own poultry. Facilities of the farm include a pool, a garden with solarium, private covered parking and a playground. The owner can provide you with information and leaflets regarding the most beautiful places and sites in the region.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and has an area of approximately 40m². The apartment is suitable for two to four persons. In the living room you will find a double bed sofa. The fully-equipped open kitchen, which adjoins the living room, contains a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed. Upon request a third bed can be added. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. All houses have modern and comfortable furniture, central heating, air-conditioning and a TV with satellite connection. Guests of this property have access to a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The hilly area around the farm is inviting for pleasant long walks. From the farm you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley between Pistoia and Florence. In this area you will find many historic villas which are certainly worth visiting such as: Villa Imbarcati, Villa Rospigliosi, Villa Colle Alberto, Villa Guicciardini, Palandri Villa and Villa di Celle. The last is a prestigious museum of modern art. The city of Pistoia is rich in ancient monuments and palaces such as the clock tower of a nearby cathedral, the Palazzo dei Veschovi and the medieval Tower of Catilina. The owner can provide you with information regarding the most beautiful places and sites in the region. You can also go mountain biking or horseback riding here.

The price includes:
Bed and bath linen, water / gas / electricity, use of the pool and its deck chairs, all garden furniture including the barbecue.
Not included in the price:
-deposit: 150 eur/apt.
-heating and air-conditioning costs € 10.00 per day.
- Upon request you can book an extra bed. This costs € 20.00 per week.
- Crib and highchair are 25.00 euro per week.
If you like, you can book breakfast on the spot. Breakfast is served outside on the terrace or inside in the common dining room.
Breakfast per person costs 5.00 euro /day (classic Italian breakfast) or 8.00  euro (extended Italian breakfast with a variety of meats, eggs, etc.).

Arrival is between 16:00 and 19:00. Departure is by 10:00 am.
