「Not meant for average travelers. Especially two at 87 and 89. The gravel hill to get there was a challenge. No tv no toaster coffee maker was a joke ac set on 50. Bout froze. Took much practice to get it up to 70. No instructions. That’s enough. Wouldn’t be my listing!!!!!!!!」

「Property was nice and easy to find. It was private and close to downtown Brevard. Only complaint was gnats that would not go away.」

「I love the place the staff Mary and Mark amazing. I can wait to go back」

「Grill piece of junk no privacy no dry wood screen in porch door with a big hole」

「This was a great stop for our family and it was pet-friendly and had a fenced backyard. The host was exceedingly helpful and kind! Thank you for letting us rent your home! Hendersonville has a great little downtown and is vibrant!」

「unable to contact owner when issue came up. if a kitchen is important during your stay this is probably not the place to stay」

「The cottage was clean and very comfortable. It was an excellent location and in a quiet area. The host has equipped the place with everything you could possibly need for a great stay, including items to make our pet comfortable. Highly recommend!」

「Our dogs were very happy about the thick grass around the property. I didn’t bring their beds, but I went to the Dollar General and bought a rug for them, which softened the hardwood floors. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this old stone house. It reminded me of relatives homes from the distant past. There’s only one small bathroom, but since it’s just the two of us, it was fine. We loved the break from the everyday bustle.」

「We only stayed one night but enjoyed the property, especially the deck. Wonderful view and so peaceful and quiet.」

「Great property !! 」

「We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower. 」
