駅近くの狭い日本のビジネスホテルか
駅近くのホテル。部屋、ベット、シャワーなど狭い。日本のビジネスホテルと同じ。エアコン(暖房)が弱く、暖かくなるのに時間がかかる。石鹸のみで、ゲルやシャンプーは無い。

駅近くの便利なホテル
ちょっと早めのチェックインでしたが、丁寧に対応いただきました。駅からはすぐですが、大通りから少し入ったところにあり、夜の周辺の様子は薄暗い印象です。近くにはレストランもあり、日本語メニューもあり、大変便利でした。

床が汚い！
部屋の床が汚かった！ 掃除してないと思います 髪の毛やホコリが落ちてて 気持ち悪かった！ 部屋は広いし、床以外は嫌いだし シャワーも快適でした。 駅から3分くらいですが、ホテル周辺はあまり治安が良くなさそうな雰囲気でした。 朝食は種類が豊富で、美味しかったです。 床さえきちんと掃除してあれば、申し分なかったのに、、

駅に近く非常に便利。
鉄道駅に近い。夜遅くチェックイン、朝荷物を預けて観光した後、鉄道駅から旅を続けるのに非常に便利。フロントは気さくで、部屋は快適。ホテルと駅周辺は日が暮れると人通りも灯りもなく、昼間の賑わいとは真逆で寂しく出歩かない方が良い雰囲気。

中央駅近くのリーズナブルなホテル
早朝フライトでの出発だったので、ピサ中央駅（空港へのアクセスが良い）に近い当ホテルを利用しました。フロントの方は親切、お部屋はコンパクトで清潔、快適に過ごせました。

ピサ観光に使わせていただいたがフロントの対応もよく悪いところはなかった。あえて言えば朝食のバラエティが少ないことぐらい。

駅近で、シャワーが３種類のお湯の出口があるのが気に入っていることと、朝食のカプチーノが美味しいので、３回目の宿泊でした。 フロントのおじさんは、とても親切です。

昨年も利用し、２度目の 利用です。 今回は夜遅くにピサ空港着の便だったので、安心して泊まれるテルミヌスプラザを選びました。 夜間受付のおじさんは、陽気でおしゃべりです。

ピサ中央駅から近くて便利。　斜塔までは30分くらいお散歩。 朝食は、コーヒー以外に温かいものが皆無で、これまで泊まった欧州ホテルではもっとも貧弱だった。

駅近で便利で朝食も十分でした。 値段も考えるととても良いホテルと思います。 ただ、Wifiが非常に繋がりにくく、そこだけが不満です。

We appreciate your opinions which are very important for us; the wifi was completely renovated three months ago but apathetic happen to malfunction and we must call for service because the facility is managed exclusively Dalal company that gives us the service but sometimes do not intervene immediately Preche have other calls in the first list ours

ピサ、ルッカの観光拠点として宿泊。駅から近く、ドゥオモ広場への徒歩移動途中で中心市街地や美術館、教会など主要スポットを徒歩で網羅できます。周辺の食事処については物足りなさありましたが、足を重視したロケーション選択だったので、この価格での宿泊は満足でした。

駅からほど近く、通りさえ見つければホテルは様々な国旗を掲げ、HOTELと大きな電照もあるのですぐにわかります。駅を出たところのサークルを右手に曲がり、ケバブ屋さんみたいなところを曲がる道です。部屋はごく一般的なビジネスホテルで、清潔・快適です。

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and found the experience to be very enjoyable. The room was not large but big enough for our needs. The room was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental And very good. The staff made fresh coffee for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would stay there again.

Conveniently located near the main train and bus station, this hotel was clean, comfortable and economical. The desk staff was very helpful, offering to break large bills, recommending nearby restaurants, which I learned were excellent, and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast is worth the extra euros. The croissants are baked fresh daily, along with other pastries. The fruit, cheeses, meets, juices and typical Italian coffee drinks were wonderful.

Great hotel for our one night stop to see Leaning tower and then get flight home (We actually walked to the airport in 20 mins from the hotel.) Clean & friendly with good buffet breakfast. Marble flooring, wood panels, must have really been something when it was new.

Room was great, everything nice and clean. Area seemed a bit sketchy but we wanted to be within walking distance to the train station as our train got in late. Hotel was great though.

We booked the matrimonial suite with king bed and revived what one could only call a closet. The short was so tiny it felt like a coffin the bed was not a king and was so hard like sleeping on the floor.

Dear Guest,we regret that the hotel did not meet your expectations.However we kindly inform you that the room "Matrimonial Suite" does not exist in our hotel.The room assigned was in accordance with the reservation: it is comprehensible that the feeling regarding the softness of the mattress is rather subjective.

The staff was nice. The communication is a little bit hard but it’s understandable since English or Spanish is not they’re primary language. One thing I had trouble with is that the air conditioner was not working. It would not turn on because it had a lock on it. I went to the front desk to ask about it and they said that there was no air conditioner because of the winter season. I understand that it’s cold outside but it’s really hot on the room to the point that I was sweating all over and had to open the window. Some people just like to be Fresh and cold even if it’s cold outside. Is just preference and it should not be up to the hotel to decide how they want the temperature on the room.

Reception staff was rather crude and abrupt. I don’t expect everyone to speak English but I expect some manners. Hotel never responded to several of my requests for a twin room. Poor communications

Good hotel for a good price
Location not far from the train station, down a side street, decent hotel, decent room for the price. Host and welcome was reasonable. Breakfast good with proper coffee! Would visit again

Booked for one night for my daughter. Neither the taxi driver or my daughter could enter the hotel safely. There were men outside threatening them both verbally and even physically. Attempted to call the front desk for help escorting her in. No one picked up the phone at the hotel . The taxi driver was so concerned he offered to drive her to another hotel…For Free! The hotel then refused to cancel her reservation & refund. Wow!

great position near centre
Very near the central station it was also just a short walk to the city centre and the leaning tower. They are strict about only checking in after 2pm so dont arrive early but we were allowed to sit in the lounge for 30 mins until it was time to check in, our room was clean and comfortable, good bed and shower . Breakfast had a good choice and plenty available. The only slight niggle was that the receptionist was very brusque and abrupt but apart from that we really enjoyed our stay

Close to train station, good coffee and fresh croissants, lots of choice for breakfast. Great shower! We used the luggage storage room as we arrived early so we appreciated this. Stayed only 1 night and would recommend!
