Le Lodge de la Bergerie - A 200m de la mer

Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this stone house for rent in Pirou, 200 m from the sea and the Dunes of Pirou, with a surface area of 66 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom, a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,600 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, and a well-equipped open kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and Senseo coffee machine.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (5'11“×6'3”)
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with 2 single beds (3'3“×6'3”)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed and bathtub, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 1,600 m², planted with maritime pines and mainly west-facing. There is a terrace with a garden table, sun loungers, and parasols for enjoying sunny days.

The house is located in the seaside resort of Pirou, near a shellfish farming area, in a very pleasant setting with a beautiful view of the coastline. All essential shops are located nearby, about 2 km away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market.

Rien à dire sur l'accueil et la propreté, au top et il ne manque rien dans le logement.Seul bémol, le nom du gite n'est pas celui indiqué dans l'annonce donc sur place questionnement : sommes nous au bon endroit ? Le gîte s'appelle en réalité l'Abri-cotier
