"We loved it we were going to stay for another 7 days but my brother picked another location by mistake and paid so we need to move to their I hope in the future making changes could be easier."

"The staff is very professional and courteous. The laundry area needs mor cleaning. I have clots in my lungs that interfere with my breathing. The A/C/fan filters were layered with lent and area was not dusted leading to poor ventilation. There is not a door that separates the workout area from the laundry room, so the ventilation is poor in that area as well. Dust is a biological hazard and I did become ill from it."

"No hot water to take a shower. They changed our room at 10pm but the other room had the same issue of no hot water, so it was a cold shower. The rooms are gross with cracks everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and I wasn't expecting much. Not the hotel I expected for a Hampton. "
