"Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Es war alles da was man bräuchte. Ist es zu heiß, gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ist es zu kalt, gibt es einen Kamin. Man kann nix aussetzen, nur das FeWo nicht alle Informationen vom Vermieter gesendet hat, aber da hilft der Vermieter weiter. Für unseren Hund war es ein Paradies, mit dem einzeunten Gundstück. "Our stay at Kinispa was fantastic- what a host! We arrived with our teenagers and young toddler to a home that was clean, welcoming and ready for our stay. "Es war leider - trotz ausgiebigem Querlüften in der Nacht - sehr heiß in den Schlafzimmern (29°C). Den in der Beschreibung angegebenen Ventilator gab es leider nicht. Der Besitzer hat uns dann zwar einen anderen zur Verfügung gestellt, jedoch war dieser so verdreckt (u.a. tote Mottenlarven!), sodass wir ihn nicht verwenden wollten & deshalb nach Hartberg fahren mussten, um neue Ventilatoren zu kaufen. Insgesamt hätte die Unterkunft etwas sauberer und die Küche besser ausgestattet sein...

"Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. The breakfast was decent not the best, but definitely not the worst overall and if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay at that’s clean I would recommend it."

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "
