    Cozy Bear Lodge is a spacious 3,086 sq. ft. mountain retreat featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.

    One of the bedrooms is a detached bunkhouse with its own private entrance and full bathroom, offering a fun and private space for kids, teens, or guests who appreciate a little extra privacy from the main cabin.

    The main lodge is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The detached bunkhouse is designed primarily as a comfortable sleeping retreat and does not have air conditioning. Thanks to Pinetop's cool mountain climate, evenings and overnight temperatures typically cool down to a refreshing, comfortable sleeping temperature, making the bunkhouse a pleasant place to sleep. During the warmest summer afternoons, it may be warmer than the main house until the cool mountain air settles in later in the day.

This cabin is great in so many ways. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it's always clean, quiet and a great place to stay. Very spacious for family and friends and so many things to do at the cabin and the surrounding areas. It's perfect for weekend getaways or any other event.

Tons of activities for our kids of ranging ages! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. Host was super responsive. The ONLY thing we wish we knew was that the bunk bed room was detached. It actually might have been listed, and we just didn’t see it.

Great Family Rental

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Al the little extras. Great ping pong, air hockey, basketball toss and pool table for the family. The layout of the home was just right for all of us. And the kitchen had spices and enough paper goods for our week there. That’s always nice. Great people to work with.

Beautiful cabin, super relaxing stay

This is a beautiful cabin, with thoughtful accommodations. All of the games available are wonderful, especially the pool table upstairs. Be careful of the grill, it does get super hot to the touch. Would gladly recommend this cabin for a vacation getaway in the mountains, very peaceful and beautiful. Super responsive host. Thank you for a great mountain stay.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of room and the pictures are accurate. Plenty of room for 11 people. But, there were some shortcomings that detracted from our stay. Missing in action were aluminum foil, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and matches (for the outdoor grille). The internet signal is very weak and fickle. The wine opener doesn't work. So we had to buy all of that stuff. The Keurig machine works some of the time, but not all of the time. The kitchen knives are very dull. The kids high chair was filthy with crusted food. Two other summer shortcomings of concern were the lack of screens on the separate bedroom windows and when it got warm in there (no air conditioning) we could not open the windows to get a draft because without the screens there is too much risk of critters getting in. The other big issue was the outdoor grille (which also needs serious cleaning) because the knobs are not insulated and they get burn-your-skin-hot when grilling-we learned that the hard way. The kitchen stove is nice, but it needs a good cleaning--pretty greasy. Having said all of that (which are pretty easy fixes) the property serves its purpose and we would certainly consider visiting it again.

Amazing cabin!

The cabin and neighborhood were beautiful! The kids loved the game room in the garage, and really enjoyed having their own bunkhouse! The beds were very comfortable and it was perfect that every bedroom has its own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect, quiet family weekend getaway!

We were looking forward to a cozy, quiet yet fun filled family weekend. We got it at this property! We played in the snow, enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen and played games. I highly recommend this property, and hope to book it again sometime to escape the summer heat!!

Beautiful house in a quiet wooded neighborhood with a lot of perks.

We had a multifamily group stay at this home and it was perfect for our needs. It has plenty of bathrooms and lots to do on the property itself. The kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking and dining needs. Finally the property manager was very responsive and friendly. Would stay again if coming to Pinetop.
