"I booked this hotel based on the price, location and the fact that I trusted the images coinciding with this property, particularly the ones with the image of the beach and steak dinner. The best part that I can claim for this property is that it was very clean, and the rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The dinner menu at the restaurant nearby had changed, so don't be fooled by the image, and hopefully you read this and know there isn't any steaks. The food on the menu is basic stuff and any American restaurant. Additionally, you are no where near a beach. I don't recall the site saying there was any beach access, but images are valuable, aren't they? The price for this place makes it a good bargain if you are traveling on 31 to get up to the tip of the mitten; however, there is road construction and we had to travel a bit to get here."

"We were in the area for a color tour. We booked here because we like the motel feel-parking outside the door, more personal feel. We checked in with a no contact check in, which worked without fail. The room was charming, and had everything we needed. There was making for s’mores if you wanted to build a fire, plenty of room to be outside enjoying the property. It was a great night."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay in this gorgeous, beautifully furnished, and immaculately maintained waterfront home. The views of Lake Michigan are outstanding and can be enjoyed from three vantage points: a truly generously sized deck, a landing with seating down the stairs, and of course the small but lovely beach along water's edge. The hosts have provided everything you may wish for or require during your visit. We were completely impressed and are grateful for such a wonderful experience."

"The main issue was very noisy guests with loud music. Breakfast was very good . Enjoyed hot tub. I thought it could have been hotter. Did not appreciate having a couple guests in pool area . They were not swimmers and no one was there but us."
