"What a great escape!!! Love that this location was so close to all you'd need but nestled away in the woods to truly feel like an escape from the normal hustle and bustle of daily life. I wish we had stayed longer and we will definitely be back!!! The house was BEAUTIFUL and decorated so nicely! It felt like we were coming home not stepping into a VRBO which was nice and welcoming. "We had a great time. We did have to clean some snow away to access the home. But the snow accumulation seen in Morehead City was a rare occurrence. The home and amenities were very nice. We loved the interior design and plan on using the ideas to update our home. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great. It is a very cozy alternative to the cookie cutter hotels."

"If you are not expecting much then this is the place for you. Humid unless the a/c runs at 68 degrees and uncomfortable beds and ratty carpet and old appliances. "
