These VIEWS will leave you breathless!!! This pet friendly 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home in an exclusive gated community was just completed a couple of years ago, and you will be amazed at the floor plan and the finishes. What was once a small cabin in Pine has been transformed into a magnificent custom home that maximizes the scenic location of the surrounding mountains. As you enter, you'll be greeted by the open floor plan, which has a large chef's kitchen, including double kitchen islands - an entertainer's dream! The vaulted room leads you to the expansive walls of glass and the views beyond. The fireplace in the living room is the perfect touch for this modern mountain home. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level, and the luxurious master bedroom suite is on the lower level. The multi-functional room on the second lower level is the perfect space set up as the office and media room. You'll never want to leave this beautiful home after sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and letting the views wash your worries away.

What can you expect?
* All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access.
* A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Two vehicles can fit in the garage and two fit in the driveway.
* A garage door opener or code is not provided to protect all guests - you can access the garage using the interior button.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.

This home can experience inclement weather in the winter months. A guest may need to utilize an all-wheel or front-wheel drive/high clearance vehicle to access the home, depending upon recent snowfall or rainfall. All efforts possible are provided to ensure homes are easily accessible, but we still recommend that guests purchase travel insurance if there are any worries about experiencing northern Arizona winter weather.

Beautiful and was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed our stay there. Some suggestions:Some of the towels in the ensuite bathroom on the main level need replacing.It would be nice if body wash was included in the bathrooms.The house could have been cleaner. Outside furniture on the balcony off the kitchen had dog hair on it. The chairs and table on the balcony off the great room needed some cleaning. There was dog hair residue on some of the soft furniture. Other than that we appreciated the well stocked kitchen! We were able to find everything we needed there. I would suggest a few more kitchen towels. Overall it was a great visit and we really enjoyed the home.

We really loved our stay at this amazing house and property located close to the Mogollon Rim in Pine, AZ. It exceeded all of our expectations for a beautiful and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of life in North Dallas. The house and scenic views were totally awesome in every way! All of the people we worked with from the initial reservation through checkout were very prompt and exceeded our customer service expectations. We were not thinking about the stairs when we reserved, but for two seniors with back issues, we succeeded and are so thankful we did. The house is tastefully decorated and the appliances were top notch! We were privileged to meet Scotty the handyman, who went above and beyond to help us get unloaded and settled in the home. We can only wish for a Scotty at home! We both highly recommend the property “What a View” to anyone looking for their own mountain getaway experience! You’ll be grateful you chose this property!! We were blown away by just how upscale and beautiful this property was. Very comfortable with views to die for. The experience was nothing short of 5 star. We loved the shuffle board in the play room and the kitchen was so nice to use. Dont forget to hike up to the Native American Ruins that are just a 5-10 minute walk from the front door.

Our family of four had a blast in this super clean and modern home with amazing views. The kitchen is nicely appointed with new appliances and all the utensils, dishes, etc. that anyone could need. The double islands were perfect for feeding the kids and having drinks while enjoying the views. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was awesome with a nice big tub and a massive shower. Neighborhood is very nice and perfectly located just a few minutes from the heart of Pine. We will definitely be back!

The unit is just as described. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need. We should have paid more attention to the bedrooms listed. I would say it’s for 2 couples and then either single adults or children. The fourth bathroom is downstairs in the game room. We had issues with the air conditioning when we first arrived but then we thought we figured it out. We reported it but then thought it was working. The ceiling fan in the great room wasn’t working and probably hadn’t been for a while. We were there for a celebration of life and trying to deal with a hot house wasn’t what we had in mind. We were only there for 4 nights so it was very uncomfortable. We felt response was slow but was glad to hear they were not going to rent it till all was fixed. I would recommend 2 vehicles not 4 as the extra parking was unavailable as a new house was being built and construction equipment was there. The driveway is very steep but doable. We would stay there again but with only 2 couples. Third and fourth bedrooms are very small. We always report everything that isn’t working properly as we treat all rentals like our own. If you don’t say something they can’t fix it. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night watching the stars. Listening to the elk calling to each other as they strolled down the street was entertaining.

This home has breathtaking views from every room and deck. The home was also very spacious and each of us could enjoy our own spaces. The steps were a little more than we wanted but the beauty of this home made up for it. Highly recommend this home. Can’t wait to come back.

This property is amazing. I can’t even explain the views and there’s no way for the photos to do it justice. It feels like you’re floating. Every room is incredibly comfortable and the teenagers enjoyed the game room tucked away from the main floor. We played shuffle board and poker every night. The neighborhood is quiet, which really added to our peaceful stay, and the stars at night were magical. Comfy beds. Cold A/C and all the furniture was actually very comfortable- even the outside seating, which is rare for a rental. Couldn’t have asked for anything more except a longer stay! Some tips: They aren’t kidding when they say the driveway is steep. It’s also easy to miss, so go slow coming around the bend or you get to take a scenic tour of the rest of the neighborhood. The “loop” is through the whole subdivision, not just around the house. (We only made that mistake once and the drive was lovely!) It’s two flights of stairs from the garage to the main floor, so keep that in mind for groceries or coolers and luggage. But you can’t have the views without the height, so it’s totally worth it. The grocery store in town is not amazing, so I suggest bringing everything you need with or stopping in Payson for groceries. We didn’t want to leave the house, really, but did venture into the lavender farm, a hike in Tonto Bridge, and a lunch at THAT brewery. All less than 10 minutes away from the house. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home is spectacular. Everything worked perfectly for our family 4th of July weekend. Multiple decks provided opportunity for outdoor time with shade and comfort. Fantastic home overall. We would rent again! Please note, the driveway is very steep, and there are 2 flights of stairs to the main living area.

We stayed here with 2 other couples, what a wonderful place to stay with friends and get away from Phoenix for a few days. The place was everything advertised and more, from the beautifully appointed bedrooms to the great gourmet kitchen, we were not be disappointed. Beautiful house, amenities and scenery. You’ve hit the jackpot if you rent this house. Tucked up in a gated community with lush mountain views you can almost reach out and touch, Multiple decks to virtually have a 360 view. The beds and bedding are top notch- you won’t want to get out of bed… but for the deep, window tub… you will. As a remote worker, The work station with the large monitor was a total plus and internet was super fast. Dream kitchen if you love to cook, or to sit and watch the one you love cook. Management was great and let me tack on a couple of extra days with zero hassle. Hope to stay again soon. Stephanie

There's not one bad thing we can say about this house! It is a beautiful home in a great location with stunning views! It's perfectly appointed and is set up in a way that everyone can enjoy the entire home! We watched movies in the family room upstairs and played games including shuffle board in the downstairs game room! We had a wonderful few nights with great weather which included fresh snow! Last thing, Stephanie (property manager) was the most professional and attentive representative we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! We would definitely return to this home if it's available in the future! Thank you.
