Everything from the beginning to the end was fantastic!!! Our host was extremely helpful and very sensitive to all our needs including flexibility when the weather turned treacherous. The place is truly amazing and the atmosphere is like being home with everything being perfect. We will definitely return!!!

Very clean and roomy for our group of 9. Great communication with host. This house has everything needed and then some in the kitchen. Pleanty of towels too. Hot tub was very clean and worked well. We will definitely recommend this home to other friends visiting the area.

Family Wedding and reunion

All were excited to stay up in the mountains and be together for a few days. The hot tub was the biggest hit as for two days it rained quite a bit this was something they could still do along with the ping pong table and foose ball. All in all it was a more relaxed stay which made it nice for my hubbie. Thanks to Michelle for her explanation of the amenities that weren’t there and why also. It’s a nice retreat place to stay also!

West Point Graduation

This property was in a beautiful location nestled away in the woods. The house was exceptionally clean. There was plenty of space for our large group. I really appreciated all the extra pilows and blankets. I would highly recommend this property.

3rd year and counting

This was our third year spending part of spring break at this lovely house. If we can, we'll be back next year. The hosts are responsive but give us ample space. The house is quirky and cozy, with lots of options for activities indoors, walking the property, and enjoying the fire pit and hot tub just outside. We were able to cook meals, grill, and bake and only left to hit the grocery and get local ice cream. I know there are great hikes nearby, but my teens are not hikers -- however they do love being able to wander in the woods by the stream, and being away from the hustle and bustle of NYC life. Always a pleasure!

Perfect getaway in the mountains

This is our 3rd time staying, and like always it’s such a perfect getaway! The house is so beautiful and clean, and is a great spot to unwind. Love the fire pit and the hot tub! Located near wineries, breweries, and more- it’s always a nice time. Damon is really accommodating and a great host. They even left us some fresh eggs from the chickens on site!

Gorgeous home with amazing hosts!

The house was a wonderful home and was even larger than we expected. There were so many wonderful activities and the host was thoughtful in what is in the home. The location was perfect and our group was able to do so much in the house when we were not touring nearby Bethel. The host was wonderful and responsive to our inquiries, going above and beyond, Thank you again!

Pleasure in Paradise!!!

The property and surrounding area was FANTASTIC!!! My family enjoyed not only the inside of the property but the exterior as well. We saw lots of wildlife and heard a tremendous variety of birds. Truly a remarkable experience! Our two teenage grandsons enjoyed volleyball, wiffleball and the inside games!

Amazing property!

This house was incredible. Spacious, clean, has everything you need, and is tucked on a hill with big grass lawns and trees. It is quiet and serene. The playroom is great for teens and adults! One of the best rentals we have stayed in for vacation.
