The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave. The front and rear porches are covered so you can enjoy the peace, quiet, and natural beauty of the area rain or shine. Out back there is a fire pit, a charcoal grill, and a large pond stocked with bass and whitefish. No fishing license needed for this private pond.

Fall Creek Falls State Park is one of Tennessee's largest state parks, with nearly 30,000 acres sprawled across the eastern top of the rugged Cumberland Plateau. Fall Creek Falls, at 256 feet, is one of the highest waterfalls in the eastern United States and the park is laced with cascades, gorges, waterfalls, streams and lush stands of virgin hardwood timber. Nearby activities include hiking, birding, golf, horseback riding, a nature center, and a canopy challenge course so there is something for everyone.
