I rate this location 3 stars. Two factors come into play for our group, value and senior considerations,The bathroom is small. But it did fit a toilet chair. The rooms are small. The beds are not queen, but full size. AND are VERY soft-think sleeping in a hammock such that you roll into your partner, not relaxing The chairs surrounding the large table in the main room could use padding. We used the cushions from the sun room to pad many of the chairs. Nothing that I would expect for the price we paid. This is not a location for seniors who may have physical limitations. The parking area leads up to a substantial slope, worse in the rain. No problem for me, but for the walker, yes and daughter with cane yes. The very nice deck is negated by the substantial decline in the lawn, such that there’s a foot drop before the deck surface, no problem for me,impossible for a walker and non-trivial for my daughter with a cane. Easily remedied with a platform to cross, but not provided. I underlooked the steps down to the beach. Twenty down and (twenty up).. No trouble for me, negates walker. Daughter traversed ONCE enjoyed beach, but declined the remainder of stay. You pay a lot for the view, nice as it is, and the beach. Sand Point seems to be a high rent district. Its quite a populated subdivision. This was not my first choice, and while there I visited the first choice.better accommodation, Queen beds,,same view, same beach, just a little farther north and at 60% of the price
