There was mold on soap holder in tub,we had stink bugs , deck is size of refrigerator box or smaller, breakfast food tasted terrible, but staff was great, the girl that works at night, was kind, talked to us, made the hotel feel like home and gave us fresh linens

Vista suites is real good

The manager is a very nice man and is very helpful and the night manager Jasmine is very nice and a hard worker. I would definitely stay there again.

The young Girl who works nights was very informative and polite. The view was nice at night and they had balconies with chairs. Plus side is having a big TV in your room. Is always nice.

If you are looking for an affordable, safe, clean and quiet place to stay this place is perfect! It is an older property and reasonably kept up. We had a king suite and we were there at night to sleep so it was just what we needed. The bathroom was very clean, the bedding was sparkling white and freah, the carpet was older but the overall condition was fine. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and a joy to talk to. The views feom oir balcony were amazing!

There was no help. But the receptionist was on duty and super helpful and friendly. Anything that you wanted she tried to help. But she can only do with what she has to do with.

The first room we had was disgusting. There was animal hair all on the bed and stains all over the comforter and pillow cases. Black mold on the walls, cobwebs on the walls with bugs…etc. The second room we were moved too was cleaner but the mirror on the wall had hand writing all over it and the ceiling “paint” was falling off into the floor. Front desk staff was nice and the lobby/outside was nice.

We reserved two rooms at this hotel. Neither TV worked in either room. The sofa bed mattress in one room was ridiculously dirty and stained. Needless to say no one would want to sleep on that. The sliding door to the closet was mirrored, and the mirror was shattered at the bottom. The door would barely move to open to get a blanket out of the closet. The young lady at the front desk was a pleasure very friendly, very sweet.

Having a balcony was nice. Otherwise, eh. I had to ask for soap as there was no hand soap in the room when we checked in. It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't clean. I don't think it's cleaned very well as there was stuff in the nightstand that was not mine. Hot tub was barely warm at all (my friend's 3 year old swam in it fine). I didn't try their breakfast. Overall, it's a cheap hotel. I'm sure there are worse places to stay, but it definitely could have been better.

Overall for the price, it was a good stay. Indoor pool and hot tub could definitely be take care of better. Hazy water and a musky smell to it. Great location.

The rooms are run down not the cleanest, the spell of the dirty carpet was over whelming.I had to change rooms four times due to my standard of being clean. Finally the sixth floor was room was a lot better. The property was very clean on the outside and the staff was very friendly. The clerk Joesph went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Business trip stay

Our stay was terrible. I had a business trip. The front desk was rude . The breakfast area dirty with no breakfast but coffee and muffins not all that was shown. No hot water in the room the bathroom shower had hair in it , room smells, Jacuzzi and pool was dirty and had a pee smell. Only thing good was the t.v and the quietness of the place .

The breakfast offered was minimal at best, a few pieces of toast, mini muffins and coffee. The room seemed pretty clean, however there were some stains on the linens and a large stain on the pull out couch mattress which had no linens available for it so we didn’t use it. We were told they don’t do “typical housekeeping” at check in and had to track down someone to get us more towels (there were 4 people total and only 3 towels in the room and no additional towels provided at the indoor pool) The location was convenient without being on the main road which was very nice.

Excellent service by all of the staff apart from the breakfast girl. Felt clean everwhere apart from the breakfast room. Cannot complain about anything apart from the service of the breakfast girl (or rather lack of). Would absolutely recommend this as a great hotel to stay at.

Our first room had issues such as curtain rod falling out of the wall. We were given a new room upon asking and our second room was much better. They need to turn the AC on in the lobby though as it was off the entire week and just hated walking through the warm stuffy lobby.
