We are pleased to provide our guests with a basic set of bedding, towels, toiletries, and spices to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
1. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM- We kindly ask our guests to refrain from loud music or shouting during this time. However, normal voice volume is acceptable.
2. Community Pool closes at dawn.
3. Absolutely NO smoking inside the home. Please do not throw cigarette butts around the premises or on the wooden decks. Cigarette butts should be left in the ashtray for the cleaners, failure to comply will result in an excess cleaning fee of $50 or $150 for any damage to the wood.
4. We run on SEPTIC. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make any necessary repairs
5. Please do not mail any packages to the home
6. This cabin is located within Gateway RV Campground providing you with the privacy of a traditional short term stay. In addition, providing you with shared amenities and on site support from our community. For your safety, we have provided a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit in the property.
