Perfect Condo!

The condo is just like described. Spotless!! It has a great layout. The furniture is all looks brand new. We loved having the table and chairs on the balcony. The location is very quiet. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice condo

The condo unit was updated and clean. We were able to check in early which was nice. The couch was very comfortable. The mattress in the main bedroom was not comfortable and so my husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch both nights. The places on either side of the condo were a little rough for our taste, but we spent most of our time at the ball field and were not there much during the day. Overall it was a nice clean condo and looked as it does in the pictures.

Black mold & HORRIBLE BEDS!

Black mold in the master shower caused me to get some sort of upper respiratory infection. I called for it to be cleaned and someone came to clean it with pure bleach leaving the entire place smelling like bleach for a full day with my small children. She said they were training the new cleaning lady to spot things like this and clean them but this was beyond just a small black spot, the entire bottom of the shower stall door was COVERED in black furry mold. It took the lady over an hour to clean it and she couldn’t even get it all. The beds were awful. When you sit on the king size bed, the foot end lifts up towards the head, that’s how thin it is. Also like sitting on a sheet of OSB board. Same with the other bedroom. I’ve slept on softer at a roadside cheapo motel. Seriously the worst mattresses I’ve ever experienced at a rental….. EVER!!! If it weren’t for the sofa being able to be slept on, my husband and I wouldn’t have slept at all. Backwards doorknobs, nail holes not covered in the moldings, dryer so high you can’t read the settings, exposed wiring in the master closet ceiling, tiles missing in the closet ceiling, paint cans on the floor in the closet, the list is never ending. Spend a few extra hundred for a nicer place! Your back and health will thank you!! Trust me! Do not rent this place!!!! The Best Western is better than this!!! Not joking!

Great Stay!

The property was great. Just as we expected. Conveniently located close to the Le Conte Center, restaurants, and shopping stores. Very clean and updated. The only thing I would like to see improved would be the quality of the pool water. It was a little murky. Overall, a great stay.

Nice Condos beside sketchy property; lock issues

The condos themselves were nice and the pool was clean and kept up. The location of the property was close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and stores. The properties in closest proximity were sketchy and very rundown. We also had a lot of difficulty with our keypad. Someone was directed to come out and fix it, which they did, but the metal plate on the actual lock was very loose and made it difficult to engage the lock. We continued to have trouble getting our door to lock/unlock. Otherwise, the condo was nice!

Clean room close to local attractions

Nice condo with homey amenities close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was well-kept and great for the kids! The properties nearby the condos were run-down and sketchy. We had difficulty with the keypad/lock multiple times throughout our stay.

Condo nice-surroundings not so much

The condo has been updated and is very nice. One bathroom had obviously had a shower leak and the floor and walls around the shower were stained. The leak had also made the laminate on the floor in front of the toilet come unglued and it stuck to your bare feet when you got out of the shower. The bathroom light also went off in the middle of my shower but it came back on by the time I had gotten out. No other problems with it after that. The location, even though close to the strip which was great, had some issues. The surrounding properties are unkept and looked sketchy but we didn’t have any problems. The 20 plus geese and ducks (and I know, not the problem of the property owner) that must live right there at the condo by the creek were VERY loud. We had to come inside from the balcony several times because of the honking and screeching.The condo itself was lovely and nice, but I probably will not book here again because of surroundings and noisy geese.

Beautiful place but plumbing issues

We arrived late on a Friday night. When using the shower Saturday morning, the plumbing underneath the shower flooded the bathroom. This was not fixable during our stay so we had to be relocated. The manager was very apologetic of the issue. I guess my biggest concern is, if housekeepers truly cleaned the shower prior to our visit they would have easily discovered the plumbing issue. The location is great but due to this experience we will not book here again.

Great Stay

Loved the condo. It was well appointed and very clean. This was a girls trip and we loved sitting on the balcony solving all the problems of the world while the river flowed by and the geese talked to us. We've stayed in several of the condos at this complex and this is one of our very favorites. The only negative was that we couldn't stop the shower in the master bath to stop dripping. It was bad. Oh, and the couch was so very comfortable. I want one like it in my home.
