Great modern house with off street two blocks from hospital
and three blocks from large city park which provides free tennis
court extensive children's playground area and equipment
Walking and hiking paths along the river next to this large park and a swimming sand beach there is a new out door swimming community with in this area also to be completed by 2023..
A free boat ramp area with free fish cleaning facilities is near the boatramp area We have great fishing available with hunting of phesants, grouse,geese,and deer many other exciting outdoor activities We have the large fresh water lake and the extensive Missouri river to do skiing and other water activities Many guests make a trip to the Black Hills to visit the world renown Mt Rushmore and tour the Black Hills to make their trip complete

Very disappointed

I was never sent how to check in and could not contact the manager. Contacted VRBO and the assistant could not contacted him either. So she cancelled my reservation. She was no help in finding accommodations and I was left to my own devices to find accommodations. This is the worst I have every been treated.

Nice little place with modern appliances, a good shower head, Roku TV, clean, and very well stocked. I arrived on 12/23/23 to a wreath on the door and a lighted and decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We had a blizzard and got snowed in the day after Christmas. Stan, the owner, sent a guy over to shovel out the driveway. He also brought a new shovel to leave at the property which I soon put to use after the snowplows came by and blocked the driveway. Nice place with an even nicer owner.

Warm and cozy

Simple little house that is located right in the middle of town. Kept us warm and had a small fenced yard perfect for the dogs to stretch in and run about. Only down side is that it’s right on a busy street, but that didn’t bother us too much with road noise.

State 4H Horse Show

The state show was moved to Ft. Pierre due to construction in Huron. With 5 kiddos 11-2 in age.. it was much nicer to rent a house vs cram into hotel rooms. It was a great place to get outa the 100+ temps. Cook some meals and relax when we were done showing for the day. Stan was great in answering his phone anytime I called!! Will def. stay again if the show gets moved there again.

Perfect Pierre Property!

This property was just perfect! It was very clean, well stocked, and was in a great location. Stan was a fabulous host, responding quickly to any questions and made sure we had a great stay!

Was in town for work for a few days and the house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything I needed to do in town. Would stay here again when in the area.

Stay here when in Pierre. Great host, great place.

I was very pleased with this property. It was as advertised, well appointed, easy, and comfortable. There was easy access to the back yard, which is fenced in - perfect for pets. Pierre is small, so the location is good and close to everything. Stan is a go-getter and very responsive. We had a couple of conversations to compare notes as well, landlord to landlord. The address needed an update and therefore took a phone call to straighten out on arrival. There is also an odd, but oddly-charming hump or hill across the middle of the living room due to a foundational anomaly. The house is in no danger. The entry to the driveway was a little bumpy, but that could be a municpal responsibility. None of these things affect my rating or feeling about the unit. Other than that, there was everything I needed and we had a very enjoyable week. Strongly recommend. Thank you, Stan!

Vacation rental Adam's Ave.

House was neat, clean and well appointed. Stan made sure linens, kitchen utensels- pots, pans, plates, silverware were all stocked. Nice, affordable place. You won't find a better renters either. Stan and his wife are awesome. Will DEFINITELY rent from him again.
