"So glad we chose the Albergo Alpenrose for our weekend ski trip. It’s next to the lift for local slopes, and close to the bus stop that has free services to the wider Monterosa ski area. Sylvia offered a warm welcome, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The sauna was a bonus at the end of a long day on the slopes. "This hotel really didn’t live up to its price tag. Staff largely unhelpful, no concierge service for cases, spa only open 10am-2pm for guests unless they want to pay extra. The steam room was out of action, the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was below temperature, as was the sauna. The room was dark and tea/coffee was not re-stocked. In a nutshell, won’t visit again any time soon. "
