Villa "In the Green" of Etna with Sea View, Pool, Wi-Fi, Terrace & Garden

The Villa in the Green of Etna, which is situated in Piedimonte Etneo, overlooks the nearby sea and the surrounding mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dispenser for water, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a shower with cryotherapy and aromatherapy, hydromassage, a jacuzzi as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 16 people. There are 2 sofa beds in the 2 living rooms. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.

Table football and dart shooting are available for the guests.

3 additional bed spaces are available in a boat house next to the pool (see pictures), for info please ask directly to the Host Maurizio.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, a open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. There is a platform in the pool area featuring three waterslides, each equipped with a waterfall, allowing for a thrilling dive directly into the pool.

The places of interest Piano Provenzana, Taormina, Isola Bella, Gole dell' Alcantara (Alcantara Gorge), Castiglione di Sicilia are all within 15km.

Host lives on the grounds.

Smoking is allowed (inside the building).

Childcare is available (Italian speaking only).

Beach/pool towels are provided.

The property offers homemade/homegrown produce, and has motorbike, ski and bicycle storage.

This property has strict recycling rules. Please check with the homeowner about these upon arrival.

Possibility to organise breakfast and other meals on request (prepared directly by the owner).

Arrangement with volcanological guides of Etna for bookable excursions on request.

The tap water on the property is drinkable as it comes directly from a drinking water source.

2 parking spaces are available on the property and 2 in a garage.

Pets are allowed.

Please note that three additional bedroom spaces are available on the boat next to the pool, as shown in the pictures. This option incurs an extra cost, which can be arranged directly with the host.

Shuttle service to the airport can be arranged for an extra fee. Also, private transfers services for up to 6 passengers are available upon request and for an extra fee.
