「This was a great setup for a single or double occupant. I was by myself doing a scouting trip for an upcoming bass tournament. I've never stayed on this side of Lake Fork. However, everything I needed was right there. The launch ramp was about 100 yards away. I grilled my dinner for both nights on the grill. Was warm even though it was freezing outside. Everything was great. Thanks.」

「Great place to stay. The master bedroom is incredible with the deep-soaking tub and the shower spoiled me. Great view from the front porch of the lake. We would get up early to see a sky full of stars and deer visiting the front lawn. We had a bbq for friends and family who came for our wedding, and made a small fire in the pit on the side patio. There’s plenty of room for multiple guests as well. The dock across the street was fun for the grandkids and just sitting to enjoy the quiet. Great...

「Our church Leadership group had a retreat here and it was the PERFEECT place for our event! Every bedroom was spotless, comfortable, and nicely furnished! Bathrooms were great - everyone had their own space and the common areas were fantastic as well. Checking in and out were a breeze - just can't say enough good things about this place. 「The property was perfect for what we were doing. Sons fishing captain and partner were very close to the lake to start they're tournament. The wife and twin sons came out and loved the house especially the loft. That was a big hit. Grill was great for the steaks and pork chops. Plenty of room if we had more people with us.
