"The hotel was generally very average. The biggest issue was their shower. It was extremely slippery—like it had not been rinsed well or it was coated with something. Got in the shower/tub and immediately felt like it was a balancing act. Wasn’t washing my hair. Finished up very carefully and then went to get out—very carefully—and darn near fell flat. I have very good balance, so this was not normal. When I left, I went and told the guy at the front desk—same one that checked me in. I said I thought you should know that the shower must have something very slippery on it because it was a balancing act and very slick. I proceeded to tell him I darn near fell on my head. His words—and nothing else—“well, we have bath mattes available on request.” I let him know this room was also an ADA, as there were grab bars everywhere. I thought I would ask here—how would I know that the shower was slick, until I got in it? And how on earth would I know you had bath mattes? He was not concerned in the slightest. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if it was free. Make sure to tell the next guest that falls you have bath mattes—after they fall and sue. Worst hotel ever. "
"2 used condom wrappers in drawer of nightstand when we checked into king room with jetted tub #339. Also used towell on rack in bath. It was late I crashed and told staff about it in the morning. They were so apologetic and said they would check and clean the entire room. Came back that night and they had done nothing. Didnt even make the change the sheets, make the bed
or change the towells let alone removing condom wrappers. Un F'n believable. I thot I was being punked on tv. Ha... dont stay here you will regret it. The listing looks good but believe me its nothing more than lipstick on a pig. "
"No continental breakfast. Check in was the worst with someone on a screen that seemed he was in India confirming reservations and the machine puts out a key card for the room. There was about 8 people waiting and a machine until a live person got behind the counter and helped. Never Again will I stay and surprised Wyndham even puts their name to this Super 8."
