Missing hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom which I found a bit strange. Maybe we could’ve asked for it at front desk as suggested by the room cleaning staff. 「Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Belladonna. L'hôtel est magnifique, propre et joliment décoré. La chambre est spacieuse et le couchage très confortable. La vue sur l'etna est magnifique, l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la région de Catane. Le parking est un plus. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, il y avait de tout à volonté. Le petit plus est la gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant sur place qui est excellent ! A refaire sans hésiter. 」

I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful.
