「Perfect hotel for the purpose of our stay - visiting family. Good breakfast buffet, staff friendly and helpful. Room service avaliable ONLY when specifically requested at reception. We stayed for five nights and asked for fresh towels etc at reception after we realised that there is no room service provided. This is not a problem once you are aware of this. But mayybe a note in each room to let guests know about this could be helpful. Otherwise all good!」

「negative points are only the district around the hotel and phisical distance to the airport. it isn't closer to there on foot. Moving time to Warsaw center and to there is almost same. due to this point, a little shops and eat places are negative point.」

「夜遅くのチェックイン時は警備員の方がチェックイン事務をしてくれるのですが、大男で少し不安になりますが、通常は親切なフロントスタッフが対応してくれます。 ホテルは築100年ほどたっているそうですが、内装に手を加え非常におしゃれなブリック壁で好印象。 部屋はあまり広くないですが3人でも十分泊まれます。 もともとユースホテルを3年前に改装してHotelにしたとフロントの方に聞きました。 ワルシャワZooの周辺で比較的繁華街（川向こう）に比べると暗くで古い町並みですが（以前は治安が悪いとされていた地区）、朝昼は治安の不安はありません。最近は家賃の安い部屋が多いのでアーティスト関係の方が徐々に増加。 夜はさすがに街灯が少なく、非常に寂しくなりますが、最寄トラム駅を事前にチェックするか？ タクシーで帰れば問題はないと思います。 」
