"The hospitality and surroundings were exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our 2-week stay in rural Umbria, a part of Italy which remains Italian. The scenery is wonderful and if you enjoy cycling, walking or simply taking-in the unspoilt landscapes, this is certainly the place to stay. The property is maintained in excellent condition, has plenty of space and all the facilities you could reasonable ask for, and the owner lives only 30 minutes away should he be needed."

Pasta bowls would be a good addition and an electric kettle if possible. We had mixed weather and it was very windy on the first night. We really recommend the resto inAvacelli Il Picchio, ate outside and food was the best. Thanks"

"Lovely stay in this gorgeous hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful - really lovely young people who were happy to practise their English with us! Loved our suite - ‘New York’, it was so luxurious having all the space and immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard in the eve with a cocktail or two, the whole hotel had a serene atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone visiting Fabriano."
