"This is a beautiful, elegant and unpretentious luxury resort & spa. The pools, grounds, spa & dining are immaculate! A five star experience. You must have a car and be comfortable driving swift back, narrow mountain roads to climb the 2,800 feet above Lake Lugano. Stunning!!"

"This is a lovely hotel, easily reached by the free public transportation accessed with booking a room. Very helpful and friendly staff, two pools, comfortable, clean rooms. When my grandson forgot his backpack in a Migros store in the center of town, the reception called the store for me in Italian, and discovered it was being held in Lost and Found. Grazie bene!"

"Great location. We arrived by train and it was a quick funicular trip down from the station and the hotel is right there. Rooms are small but they have everything you need. The staff are super helpful and we even received blocks of Swiss chocolate on arrival, which was a nice touch."
