NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM IN 11 DAYS
Stayed here for 11 days,Had to get security to call them so i could checkin,although i informed them it would be after 10pm and was told someone would meet me there and nobody did.
Never in the entire stay did any housekeeping get done and i was aware it was limited not NOTHING at all.Beds are like sleeping on the floor although the floor seemed softer anyway.
Day of checkout i had to call them to arrange them to meet me( this was the first contact with them in 11 days) o0Only to be greeted on the phone by a very rude woman on the other end of the phone,Not sure if this is how they treat all of their guests but i would never recomend this to anybody else.
Ifr you stay here dont expect any6thing from them you finally get to your room and have 2 small bottles of water in the fridge for you even though there was 3 guests staying and that was it until checkout happened.Not even a change of towels in that time.All this with an AUD $1200 price tag.
FORGET IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
