Our property is located in a peaceful family neighborhood with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels low during these hours. Excessive noise at any time will not be tolerated.
For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & removal of this listing on multiple platforms.
