The Space:

Eighteen people, five bedrooms, all on one floor, and a backyard nobody gets around to leaving. There's a bowling lane out there, plus a basketball court, mini golf, and a giant turf pool table you play with soccer balls, which is called snookball and which will eat four hours of your trip before anyone remembers to eat dinner.



The desert cools off in October and stays perfect straight through May, which is when this house is at its best. Golf weather every day, the pool heated on request, and the fire pit going after dark. Thanksgiving works here better than it works at anybody's actual house, because the island seats the whole family and dessert ends in the hot tub.



The rest of the backyard: ping pong, cornhole, giant Jenga, giant chess, Connect 4, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and TV, poolside loungers, and a fenced playground. Inside there's a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a living room built around a 65 inch smart TV, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, and poker table. The kids will want that room. It's also where the bunk beds are.



Sleeping:

• Bedroom 5 / game room: Two full-over-full bunk beds



No stairs anywhere in the house, which matters more than you'd think when you're traveling with grandparents and toddlers in the same group.



A few things that make a trip this size easier: a large fridge, plus both a Keurig and a drip maker so nobody waits on coffee. Fast Wi-Fi and a real desk if somebody has to log on for an hour. A fenced pool with the playground right next to it. Keypad entry, so a late flight isn't a problem.



This house works best for groups that actually want to be around each other. If everyone needs their own suite and their own bathroom, it isn't the right fit. If you want one long table, one backyard, and the whole group in the same place, it's exactly that.

Guest Access:

The whole house is yours, inside and out, with keypad entry so you can let yourselves in whenever you roll into town. The only off-limits spot is the locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

You're on a quiet residential street in one of the Valley's most convenient pockets, with just about everything a short drive away.



Golf & events: Several well-known courses within 10 to 15 minutes, and the venues that host Scottsdale's big winter and spring event weekends are all an easy drive.



Food & drink: Casual restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within about five minutes.



Shopping & nightlife: A couple of big open-air shopping and dining districts roughly 10 minutes out, and Old Town Scottsdale's patios, bars, and galleries about 15 to 20.



Outdoors: Desert hiking trails about 20 minutes, and they're at their best November through March.



Airports: Scottsdale Airport is around 10 minutes, Sky Harbor about 30.

You'll want a car for exploring the Valley, and the driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. Uber and Lyft are plentiful out here, so a night out doesn't have to mean a designated driver.

A few housekeeping notes so your stay runs smoothly:



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We just ask that pups are crate trained and that you pick up after them in the yard.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, driveway, and electrical panel for quality and security monitoring purposes.



The home also has a "Minut" noise monitor that measures decibel levels only (it does not record audio), which helps us stay on good terms with the neighbors.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
